GGuest UserComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

QQiling123What an incredibly chill stay, and the service was so thoughtful! I slept in until 11 am and still got breakfast. After a delightful brunch, I relaxed on a sun lounger by the pool. The afternoon sun and breeze were so languid, and each ripple in the water held a tiny sun, gently winking. It was wonderfully quiet, occasionally punctuated by the crowing of chickens from nearby village homes. Then, as dusk settled, smoke began to drift from the village below. We gathered around the stove, accompanied by gentle folk songs, chatting while we brewed tea – the ambiance was just perfect! The guesthouse host deftly turned the sweet potatoes and tofu roasting on the stove. Looking up, we saw an endless starry sky, like a dark blue curtain adorned with scattered diamonds. Later that night, back in the room, there was a subtle fragrance. After a comforting hot bath in the window-side tub, I drew back the curtain to gaze out and realized the majestic mountains were right there, silently gazing back at me.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very clean, and the mattress was comfortable. They provided disposable bath towels, a smart toilet, and smart curtains. Plus, there's a Haier washing machine and a large TV with a comfy sofa chair. The service was excellent. Being able to go straight back to the room after dinner at the hotel restaurant was a huge convenience. This is by far the most satisfying hotel choice.

XXiaobuwuquThis hotel, part of the Jinjiang brand, excels in cleanliness, facilities, and management. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel's location is fantastic – just a five-minute walk to Anshun's historic district and snack street, which is incredibly convenient. I also found the fridge magnets sold at the front desk to be much cheaper and prettier than those outside, so I picked one up. There's parking available, and while it's not huge, it seemed sufficient. We stopped here on our way back to Chengdu for an overnight stay and to explore Anshun's old town. It was a really great experience! 👍

GGuest UserTraveling to Huangguoshu Waterfall, I highly recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, nestled by mountains and water, and is clean and tidy overall. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes. Breakfast offers a rich variety and good taste, and transportation is convenient. It's incredibly good value for money, and the overall experience was fantastic.

GGuest UserWhen I came to Huangguoshu, I stayed at the high-end Auvi Hotel, which is close to the high-speed rail station. The experience was very good. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel service staff was professional and attentive. The front desk girl was quick and efficient and quickly completed the check-in procedures for me. The elevator was close to the lobby. The fragrance of this hotel was good, which was the smell I liked. There were many rooms. Fortunately, the instructions upstairs were clear, and I found the room quickly. The room was relatively new and should be well maintained. I heard from the front desk girl that it had been open for more than 5 years. I have a habit of paying special attention to hygiene details when staying in a hotel. After putting down my luggage, I checked the hygiene around the room. It was not bad, and I did not find any unqualified hygiene conditions. The quality of sleep was good that night. Breakfast was on the 10th floor. I like the decoration style of the restaurant. The Western style has a simple taste. There are many types of breakfast with local characteristics. I tried the spicy chicken powder, which tasted good. The chef cooked vegetables attentively. Next time I come to Anshun, I will stay in this hotel again.

RRaghunath C G NairShengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the ancient city and the food street, so it was super convenient for both sightseeing and trying out local delicacies. The room was also cleaned very thoroughly, and the bedding was soft and breathable, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and professional; they even proactively helped us plan a time-saving and efficient itinerary and gave us a local guide map. My only minor regret is that the room didn't have an opening window, which made it feel a bit stuffy. However, the lake view was truly stunning!

EEatPrayTravelWe stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
