GGuest UserComfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

QQiling123What an incredibly chill stay, and the service was so thoughtful! I slept in until 11 am and still got breakfast. After a delightful brunch, I relaxed on a sun lounger by the pool. The afternoon sun and breeze were so languid, and each ripple in the water held a tiny sun, gently winking. It was wonderfully quiet, occasionally punctuated by the crowing of chickens from nearby village homes. Then, as dusk settled, smoke began to drift from the village below. We gathered around the stove, accompanied by gentle folk songs, chatting while we brewed tea – the ambiance was just perfect! The guesthouse host deftly turned the sweet potatoes and tofu roasting on the stove. Looking up, we saw an endless starry sky, like a dark blue curtain adorned with scattered diamonds. Later that night, back in the room, there was a subtle fragrance. After a comforting hot bath in the window-side tub, I drew back the curtain to gaze out and realized the majestic mountains were right there, silently gazing back at me.

GGuest UserFantastic! This 3-star hotel truly delivers a 5-star experience. The owner is incredibly warm and kind, personally overseeing everything with thoughtful service. The hotel isn't far from the scenic area, just about a ten-minute walk, but they still offer free shuttle service to the scenic area's ticket center or the bus station. The rooms are clean, new, and equipped with smart technology. The restaurant downstairs also provides excellent service. Here’s a little anecdote: My wife and I stayed for two nights. On the first night, we had a hot pot for ¥138 at the restaurant. Vegetables were unlimited, but there was a large plate of chicken we couldn't finish. My wife and I both dislike wasting food, so we asked if we could save half for the next evening. On the second night, after enjoying our meal at the restaurant, the owner only charged us ¥25 for the vegetables when we went to pay. We felt a bit awkward, thinking it wasn't right to only pay for ingredients and that service charges should also be included. However, the owner absolutely refused to take more. In the end, we left ¥50 in cash, which meant we essentially paid a ¥25 service fee. So, we ended up having a very inexpensive dinner. The owner of this hotel is a truly genuine person, and we were so touched that we felt we should share this little incident with everyone.

GGuest UserTraveling to Huangguoshu Waterfall, I highly recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton! The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, nestled by mountains and water, and is clean and tidy overall. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm and professional, making check-in efficient and quick, and they even thoughtfully recommended sightseeing routes. Breakfast offers a rich variety and good taste, and transportation is convenient. It's incredibly good value for money, and the overall experience was fantastic.

GGuest UserThe place easy to locate. Once outside the train station, can see the name of the hotel on the building. Also there are cheap public bus (no. 8 & 12) to go to downtown and the ancient city for only ¥2! There is a street food directly opposite the ancient city. The hotel receptionist YiYi is very helpful! A big thank you to her. Breakfast provided is also nice and it is located next door to the hotel!

It's about 600m (10-15min walk) to 黄果树 Ticketing Center (where tourists collect their entrance tickets, whichever ways they booked entrance tickets - Trip.com or 安旅通/Wechat) and bus embarkation and disembarkation area. Room was well furnished, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sumptuous, cooked by a very friendly cook, ready to serve from 7am. It has an laundry room to wash your clothes if you are soaking wet from visiting 水帘洞 (do pre-book onsite at ticket collecting center or online through 安旅通, after you have booked a ticket thru Trip.com or 安旅通 where you registered your passport number).

GGuest UserWhen I came to Huangguoshu, I stayed at the high-end Auvi Hotel, which is close to the high-speed rail station. The experience was very good. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt that the hotel service staff was professional and attentive. The front desk girl was quick and efficient and quickly completed the check-in procedures for me. The elevator was close to the lobby. The fragrance of this hotel was good, which was the smell I liked. There were many rooms. Fortunately, the instructions upstairs were clear, and I found the room quickly. The room was relatively new and should be well maintained. I heard from the front desk girl that it had been open for more than 5 years. I have a habit of paying special attention to hygiene details when staying in a hotel. After putting down my luggage, I checked the hygiene around the room. It was not bad, and I did not find any unqualified hygiene conditions. The quality of sleep was good that night. Breakfast was on the 10th floor. I like the decoration style of the restaurant. The Western style has a simple taste. There are many types of breakfast with local characteristics. I tried the spicy chicken powder, which tasted good. The chef cooked vegetables attentively. Next time I come to Anshun, I will stay in this hotel again.

RRaghunath C G NairShengfeng Hotel was our first stop in Anshun City and marked the beginning of our 10-day journey through the truly amazing Guizhou Province. From check-in to check-out, our experience was consistently pleasant, and we stayed at the hotel for three comfortable nights. We are especially grateful to Xiao Wang at the front desk, whose engaging personality, accommodating attitude, and exemplary service quality made a genuine difference to our stay. His professionalism and warmth set the tone right from the start. The hotel’s location was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, well-equipped with all essential amenities, and exceptionally good value for the very reasonable price. Despite being centrally located, the room was quiet and peaceful, allowing us to enjoy restful sleep every night. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a wide variety of options that catered well to different tastes and provided a great start to each day. This hotel is particularly well suited for overseas travellers, as its location offers a wonderful opportunity to explore the city and experience everyday life like a local. In addition to visiting the nearby Gufu Street night market, with its tempting array of culinary delights, we also explored the morning market close to the hotel. There, we interacted with street vendors who were friendly, welcoming, and happy to engage. We were genuinely touched by the warmth and openness of the people of Anshun. Speaking some Mandarin certainly helped us connect more meaningfully with the locals and enriched the experience even further. This Hotel also served as an excellent base for visiting some truly incredible attractions, including the majestic Huangguoshu Waterfall, the historic Tunpu medieval army garrison, and the world-famous, record-breaking Huajiang Bridge. Each excursion was easily accessible and added to the overall convenience of staying here. Will we stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Anshun? Absolutely, without hesitation. Our sincere thanks once again to Xiao Wang for making our stay so memorable.

ННадежда МунThis is a wonderful hotel. Good location. Next to the ticket office. From the window you can see the place of boarding on the bus, which follows to the waterfall. At the reception, the wonderful staff, not even understanding English, they were able to solve all the difficulties. The girls called a colleague who helped with the translation. In the future, she always tried to help and answer questions. Provide information about the picturesque place, gave information where the bus stop is located. Delicious breakfast, cleanliness, it was a bit cool but I still recommend this hotel.
