GGuest UserThis hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!

GGuest UserThe front desk staff member was very warm and attentive. Since it was the off-season and there were available rooms, they kindly offered a free room upgrade and even added an extra breakfast to our original booking. The underground parking had plenty of spaces. The hotel is conveniently located just over two kilometers by car from the scenic area's visitor center parking lot. If you don't have a car, the hotel also provides a free shuttle service to the scenic area. During my stay, they could drop guests off anytime after 7:30 AM; for other seasons, you can inquire at the front desk about specific times. The room was spacious, and when we needed extra amenities, the housekeeping staff delivered them promptly and with great enthusiasm and patience. The hotel has a restaurant, and for a hotel near a scenic spot, the prices were reasonable, and the food was good too.

The ingredients are fresh and the flavors authentic, all within an elegant and comfortable dining environment. In my free time, I visited Huangguoshu at night; the waterfall, illuminated by lights, was magnificent and dreamlike, creating an immersive and atmospheric experience. Throughout my stay, the staff were attentive and patient, providing detailed answers to my questions about tour routes and check-in procedures with a friendly and thoughtful attitude. The hotel's excellent location makes getting around and sightseeing convenient. I was extremely satisfied with this stay and highly recommend it.

XXiaoqisangnajiI'm really on vacation ⛱️ I came out with my good friends and wanted to find a place to stay for a day. here! You can spend a whole day in the B&B. The public area is large and very relaxing. The green plants in the store are well maintained and the air quality is great. There are many cherry trees, mulberry trees, and loquat trees in the store. You can pick and eat the fruits yourself, which is full of fun. I also experienced mountain biking. I took some photos while the wind was blowing (mountain roads are not easy to ride on). There is also a place to eat in the B&B, you can order food, and the taste is really good. The facilities in the room are very good and thoughtful. You can see the beautiful mountain view from the room. There are a lot of toiletries, which are very complete. Snack packs are also prepared, and there are a lot of items in the minibar. The service attitude of the housekeeper was also very good. He brought us bags when we were picking cherries. The aunt in the store also took us to pick mulberries and taught us how to climb trees. The guy who came to pick us up was very enthusiastic, and the handsome guy who made cocktails for us in the evening was also very nice, and he made cocktails according to our tastes! Such a treasured B&B and such a treasured resort hotel must be shared! One hundred points 💯!

GGuest UserI really enjoyed this hotel. The location is so peaceful and very close to the waterfalls. The VIP walk gives you a really clear view of the falls. The best is honestly the manager Xu, Wei and Wang. They were so nice and attentive to our needs and even had a celebration for the tuanyuan holidays. Great breakfast too, they knew we were foreigners so manager Xu went to get some bread for us for breakfast !!!! It’s by far the best hotel we have been since our trip. They really accommodate us and even pickup us up when we head to town for diner !!!!! I will definitely come back if I’m back in Guiyang. It really made some great memories for our China Trip!

GGuest UserThe whole homestay is very clean. Even the sofa pillows in the hall smell fresh of detergent. Not to mention the room, there is no odor in the house, and the sink is clean and has no water stains. The facilities in the room are also complete. There are washing machines and dryers on the first floor, which is very convenient. We drove to the homestay and parked on the roadside at the door. The homestay also has an underground parking lot. The breakfast variety is rich, the minced meat rice noodles are very delicious😋, the restaurant is also clean, and the aunt is very enthusiastic. The decoration style of the whole homestay is also very stylish. It can be seen that the boss is very attentive. I sincerely recommend it👍

XXiaoxinqing_2012This hotel was the best part of our May Day holiday trip! It's located right inside the scenic area, so the views and air quality were amazing, full of negative oxygen ions. The room was clean, well-laid-out, and super comfortable. It rained during our stay, so we didn't go out with the kids. We spent the afternoon with them, drinking tea and playing on the tatami, eating loquats the hotel provided, and falling asleep to the sound of the rain. It was incredibly peaceful and a great choice for families with children. The hotel even has a direct passage to the main waterfall, which was super convenient. We went to the waterfall first thing in the morning when there were fewer people. The hotel service was exceptional. The night before, we went on a night tour of Doupotang Waterfall, and the hotel arranged a bus for us. We had bought discounted tickets online for those born in '86, but companion tickets needed to be purchased at the counter. Since we were short on time, the hotel immediately contacted staff inside to help us. After the bus dropped us off, they drove us directly to the ticket counter and then took us into the scenic area. We didn't even have to take a sightseeing bus with the kids, which made it very easy!

GGuest UserStaying at the Four Points by Sheraton while visiting Huangguoshu was such a breeze! The hotel's location is excellent, close to the scenic area, making getting around super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was great, ensuring a wonderfully peaceful sleep at night. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, the experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserBasic but functional hotel. Room toilet was poorly designed, without any hooks in the shower stall, such that there was a need to step directly into the room after showering. The room itself was comfortable and clean, but the poor design of the toilet caused privacy issues. Breakfast had virtually no variety, even though the noodles cooked on-demand were tasty and of good quality. Hotel staff originally seemed a little cold, but were extremely helpful in handling our baggage. Hotel is a short walk away from the main entrance of the waterfall park, close to many eateries that sell affordable food open at night.

GGuest UserThe room was upgraded and it is very spacious with a high cost performance ratio! The key point is that the B&B is located in the scenic area. There is also a free shuttle bus to the Tianxing Bridge Scenic Area, so you can avoid the surging crowds during the May Day holiday by traveling in the morning and evening. In addition to its good location, the B&B is also beautiful, clean and comfortable, with considerate and in-place service. There is also a small ball pool and a slide in the room for children to play. It is a first-class experience to travel with children~ Five-star praise!
