I brought my family to stay in the deluxe parent-child suite at Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu for two nights, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The suite was spacious and well-designed, specifically equipped with children's amenities, and decorated in a warm and playful style. The smart home system was convenient to use, and the room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a children's playground and a pet park, which my kids absolutely loved. It's very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, making our travels effortless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and Ms. Winnie, a staff member, provided warm, thoughtful, and prompt service. After visiting the waterfall, we could return to the hotel and rest assured. It's perfect for family trips, and definitely our top choice for a parent-child vacation in Huangguoshu. We'll choose to stay here again on our next trip.

This trip, I brought my parents along for a long-awaited visit to Huangguoshu Waterfall. To avoid them getting too tired, I decided to book an extra day to explore at a leisurely pace. The hotel's location, right next to the scenic area, immediately caught my eye when I was searching for accommodation. I loved its resort-style vibe, and the reviews mentioned a rich breakfast spread. Plus, they offered shuttle services to and from the station and the scenic area, all at a reasonable price, so I booked it right away. As soon as we arrived at the Huangguoshu scenic area, the hotel's front desk staff arranged for a driver to pick us up. Everyone was incredibly polite, and the service was attentive and thoughtful. It truly lives up to the standards of a resort hotel; I was genuinely impressed by the room's view and its spaciousness. All the amenities were also very comprehensive. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with some noodle dishes incorporating local specialties, allowing me to get a taste of the local sour soup noodles since I didn't have time to venture out for food. A big thank you to the front desk lady who also gave us a ride to the scenic area!

Breakfast is included, and the lobby looks like a coffee shop (coffee isn't free, but breakfast is). ✅Amenities: It seems like the hotel opened recently, as the facilities look quite new. ➖Cleanliness: The room had a damp smell when I entered, which made me feel like the wet and dry areas weren't properly separated. ➖Environment: It's located right by the road, and someone was singing loudly in the middle of the night (I'm not sure how they manage noise levels and hours here). I could also clearly hear people talking outside the door. The soundproofing isn't great. ❌Service: I asked for the room to be cleaned before I went out, but when I returned in the evening, it hadn't been touched. I sat waiting for it to be cleaned, and no compensatory measures were offered. When I went back in, I could smell that fresh, damp, watery scent again, as if it had just been cleaned. The price is only a few dollars less than places like Hanting, so the service is there, but barely.

The store opened by myself is simple and kind, clearly priced, and hospitable. I came to Guizhou for the first time and Huangguoshu for the first time. I thought I would slaughter customers. I was worried. The people here are really kind and have a good temper. The hotel restaurant is also the food made by the boss himself. Going to the scenic spot is also picked up and sent by the boss's family, I am really relieved. When I picked us up, I asked the boss to find a place to eat and put us down. The boss agreed. Because I was too tired, I asked more. I said that the boss has dinner at your house. The boss said yes, but he will not take the initiative to recommend it. I am afraid that you think we deliberately solicit business and deceive people. If you order more dishes, you will also tell you that we are afraid that we can't eat it, so that passengers can rest assured, and the main one is ”reassurance”.

Service: The front desk staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle driver was very attentive. It's very close to the scenic area. The driver told us about safety precautions, and we also asked him about discounts for overnight tickets. Huangguoshu Scenic Area Shuttle Service: The car was very clean, and the staff were very friendly; just let us know in advance.

The homestay is very comfortable. We have two adults and two children staying in it. The beds in the rooms are all 1.5, which is more spacious than other hotels. The owner of the B&B was very enthusiastic and took us to scenic spots several times. You can eat downstairs, the food is delicious! Recommended for those who go to Huangguoshu Waterfall. The B&B also has a swimming pool, which the children like very much.

I stopped by this hotel to visit Huangguoshu Waterfall. The location is the best! There is a shuttle bus that goes directly from the parking lot right next door, so... It's the best! The breakfast was decent, too. The sweet potatoes and biscuits were especially delicious! Thanks to the friendly owner and staff, even though it was the weekend, I got the weekday rate applied, so I had a great stay of one more day! I'll definitely visit again!

Very satisfied with a stay experience, the service lady is very good. Clean and quiet. Much more cost-effective than GreenTree Inn next door
