This was by far the best accommodation throughout our entire Xinjiang trip, I genuinely recommend it!!! Before we even checked in, there was a slight issue with our reserved room. The butler proactively contacted us to explain the situation and even upgraded our room type for free. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, with expansive views from the window that offer an exceptional sightseeing experience, easily comparable to the Nalat Grasslands scenic area. In the evening, there was a free naan bread baking experience. A Kazakh auntie baked the naan fresh on the spot. The freshly baked naan was incredibly fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft interior. It was the best naan we'd tasted on our entire trip. Overall, this was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire Xinjiang journey. The service, room details, scenic environment, and unique experiences were all top-notch. If you're visiting this area, you can confidently choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts.

It's really amazing to me, the boss is beautiful and good! The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and stylish, the facilities are complete and easy to use (the small hair dryer is Dyson), and the bedding is soft and sleeps very peacefully. The boss is warm and caring (more like a housekeeper). The surrounding environment is quiet and quiet (with its own grassland), and convenient to travel (very close to the entrance of Nalati). The public areas are well managed, the health details are in place, and the price/performance ratio is far beyond expectations. The overall experience is very comfortable. There is a party in the evening, I will choose this homestay next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

I highly recommend Narat Naye Mountain River, a hidden gem of a guesthouse! The location is superb, the surrounding environment is first-class, and you can see the grassland directly from your bed. It's incredibly close to the scenic area, making it super convenient for getting around. We drove here ourselves and were really anxious because we couldn't get our own tickets for the scenic area. We tried contacting the guesthouse front desk, and to our surprise, the owner was incredibly helpful and reliable. He proactively helped us coordinate to get tickets, and the next day the front desk informed us that the tickets were secured. We were so grateful to the owner! Because of his help in getting our tickets, our entire itinerary was able to proceed smoothly the following day. What was especially surprising was the guesthouse's butler service—warm, attentive, and meticulous. We arrived at 3 AM, and even though it was late, we weren't neglected at all. They patiently greeted us and helped us check in; the service was incredibly heartwarming. On the second night of our stay, the guesthouse also organized a bonfire party, ethnic dance performances, and fireworks displays, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The overall stay was perfect, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I'm already highly recommending this place, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Nalati. I also highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Nalati!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

I had a very satisfying experience. Everyone says Narati is a popular and well-developed scenic area, but I believe if you can drive yourself, you absolutely should. If you plan to stay one night, definitely enter the scenic area and check into your hotel after peak hours, which is exactly what we did. This hotel is excellent! Even before we arrived, the front desk proactively contacted us and assigned us a butler. They even had a dedicated butler to introduce us to the routes. Upon arrival, a very friendly and handsome Uyghur young man, Xiao Mi, helped us with our luggage – his service was excellent and very personable, a major thumbs up! He also recommended a new route that just opened on June 20th. Breakfast the next morning was also great, and everyone provided excellent service. The manager, Nan, who stands at the entrance of the dining hall, was also very responsible, helping children with their toasted bread. The scenery was beautiful and we perfectly avoided the crowds by going out early. My experience at Narati was fantastic, and I hope to come again! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

I want to commend the staff at Trip.com Farm for their excellent attitude and efficiency. After a day of self-driving at Narat, we checked in around 11 PM. Several young staff members waited up for us until midnight, helping us with our luggage and adding an extra bed. They were incredibly enthusiastic and dedicated, and I really appreciate their service. For breakfast, we arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes early, and the staff immediately started preparing our meal without any hesitation. The service was truly exceptional. The two-story suite we stayed in was very quiet. The view from the second-floor balcony, overlooking the cabins, forest, and grasslands of the farm, was beautiful. Staying here fit perfectly with my travel plans, and more importantly, I didn't have to worry about not getting a self-driving pass for Narat. It's well-known that self-driving passes for Narat are hard to come by, and good accommodations inside Narat also need to be booked well in advance. A month before my trip, when I was planning, most of the well-reviewed places near Narat's West Gate were fully booked. I was starting to get anxious because to secure a self-driving pass, you often have to book accommodation within the scenic area itself. Then I discovered that the Trip.com Forest Park branch at the East Gate still had a suite available for 4 adults and 1 child, which perfectly matched our anti-clockwise itinerary around Yili. We could drive from Kuerdening to Narat, enter through the West Gate, and smoothly explore the Sky Grassland, Panlong Ancient Road, and River Valley Grassland, finally checking into the Forest Park at the East Gate. The next morning, we could directly head to the Duku Highway, which was incredibly convenient.

Just a 10-minute drive to the Nalati scenic area, and food options are conveniently located. 🛏️ We stayed in a super spacious suite with views of the green mountains right outside our window. The whole room was smart-enabled, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, instantly washing away all our travel fatigue. ✨ Highlights we loved: • Afternoon Tea: Enjoy a Kazakh-style afternoon tea in the second-floor lounge. It was perfect for relaxing and taking photos – simply delightful! • Amazing Atmosphere: In the evening, there's an outdoor dining area with live music. Enjoying a drink under the stars with the evening breeze was incredibly romantic!

The treasure house dug by self-driving Nalati! Outside the door is the grassland far mountain, and cattle and sheep can be seen everywhere in the nearby stream woods. The natural scenery is particularly healing. The appearance of the homestay is very distinctive, the infinity pool on the top floor has a great atmosphere to watch the sunset, and the bar is very pleasant at night. The key point is to praise the hygiene, clean the meticulous cleaning, the glass and corners are clean, and the living is very safe. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the guest rooms have a great view, new facilities, quiet environment, convenient travel, and the first choice for accommodation in Nalati!
