Nalati stayed at this Western style homestay the next day, and was amazed by the unique layout when he entered the door. The rooms are spacious, with a suspended sink, dry and wet bathroom and a large bathtub. The rooftop has a great view, but unfortunately it is not sedentary in the rain. In the evening, the sunset is beautiful, the afternoon tea is out, the restaurant is rich in breakfast, and you can feel the rich exotic style without going to the exotic.

The first time I came to Nalati with the object, the experience was full! ! His downstairs entrance hall was very stylish, and the room was well decorated. It was really suitable for the title of a luxury hotel. I like it very much. The hotel here can see the scenery of Nalati attractions. Sitting on the rooftop and watching the scenery in the distance, you can see it! ! ! Too beautiful 🥹 The details of the room here are also in place. The Dyson hair dryer, Bulgari toiletries, various disposable items, yogurt and apricot peel tea in the small refrigerator! ! There are welcome fruits and Xinjiang dried fruits at the door table, which are delicious! ! (Foodie loves 😍) There is also a little breakfast in his morning that is delicious! ! Great rich! ! ! I love his coffee the most, and the fat is very rich! ! In short! ! His family really recommends traveling by car! !

This stay experience is simply full! The boss is super nice, from the front desk to the cleaning, every employee is like a spring breeze, the service is just right and not deliberate. The most surprising thing is the sleep experience, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the toiletries are also high-end brands, and the details show the quality. Compared with the same hotel, there is more temperature here, it is highly recommended!

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm and stylish, the facilities are complete and easy to use (the small hair dryer is Dyson), and the bedding is soft and sleeps very peacefully. The boss is warm and caring (more like a housekeeper). The surrounding environment is quiet and quiet (with its own grassland), and convenient to travel (very close to the entrance of Nalati). The public areas are well managed, the health details are in place, and the price/performance ratio is far beyond expectations. The overall experience is very comfortable. There is a party in the evening, I will choose this homestay next time I come here, I highly recommend it to everyone!

This guesthouse feels like a hidden gem! The cleanliness is top-notch – no dust on the tables, no stains on the floor, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive and all very new. The service is warm and prompt; they provide free hot water and winter essentials, and are always ready to help with any request. The room's large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces a snowy landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful scene of snow falling on the grassland right from your bed.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!
