Near the entrance of Nalati Scenic Area, the decoration style is very characteristic. Service: The boss is very good. Seeing that the three of us three-walking dogs gave us a room upgrade, the room is on the third floor, next to the terrace and restaurant. The staff are young brothers and sisters, very enthusiastic, take the initiative to say hello and take the luggage, see that they have done training, the service is biased towards the housekeeper system; in addition to singing in the evening, there is Xinjiang afternoon tea in the afternoon, and the roasted milk skin is planted. It is delicious. Before my mother left, she also made up a bunch of flowers in the room, which is a small gift for the hotel. I am very satisfied with the experience.

This was by far the best accommodation throughout our entire Xinjiang trip, I genuinely recommend it!!! Before we even checked in, there was a slight issue with our reserved room. The butler proactively contacted us to explain the situation and even upgraded our room type for free. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, with expansive views from the window that offer an exceptional sightseeing experience, easily comparable to the Nalat Grasslands scenic area. In the evening, there was a free naan bread baking experience. A Kazakh auntie baked the naan fresh on the spot. The freshly baked naan was incredibly fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft interior. It was the best naan we'd tasted on our entire trip. Overall, this was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire Xinjiang journey. The service, room details, scenic environment, and unique experiences were all top-notch. If you're visiting this area, you can confidently choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

Come to Nalati with my sisters to travel 📷, the homestay I stayed in is directly closed to God 🥰 Environment: 🏊♀️ All rooms can see the grassland and swimming pool at the same time, and the windows are large. Facilities: 🎤 I love the bar and concert stage in the yard. The outdoor sound effect is superb. The boss has gathered the guests together to hold a small concert. There is also a small pool atmosphere next to the singing place. 🍸 The homestay also has a cafe and bar, and the entertainment venue is very complete ～ Room facilities: giant screen projection, Harman Carton stereo, Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, washing machine Service: The butler is very good at taking pictures, and takes the initiative to help us take panoramic pictures of the grassland. The service is intimate and measured!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. Staff were always on hand to help with luggage, and their explanations were clear and thorough. Our room was wonderfully cool and comfortable, and enjoying coffee on the balcony while taking in the views was just beautiful! (The desserts definitely deserve a special mention!) You absolutely must watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' from the balcony. They even gave us some local specialty food when we checked out. It was truly a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The room facilities were clean and tidy, and the service was warm and attentive. However, the shower water temperature was a bit inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold. I'd suggest improving the laundry room by installing commercial-grade quick dryers. Currently, there are only three household-style washer-dryer combos, and each cycle takes at least three hours, which is quite frustrating to wait for. If you have enough clothes, it's probably better to do your laundry at the next hotel.

🌲✨ A dream in the forest I never wanted to wake from! A perfect experience at Trip.com Holiday Farm. From the moment we stepped into the farm, we embarked on a pampering and healing journey! We originally booked a basic room, but the front desk lady smiled mysteriously and said, ”We have a little surprise for you today~ Your booked [Tatami Cabin] has been upgraded for free to a [Forest Discovery Cabin], which is about 1.5 times the size of your original room, with a larger terrace and a direct view of the pristine forest, offering an even better landscape.” When we opened the door to the forest cabin, the kids gasped in awe – outside the huge floor-to-ceiling windows was a lush green forest, a double swing swayed gently on the private terrace, and a wooden dining table sparkled in the sunlight. Wasn't this a fairy tale scene straight out of a dream? 🌿 Spoiled VIP Experience: The free upgrade to the forest cabin was incredibly worth it! Lying in bed at night, counting stars through the skylight, and being gently woken by birdsong in the morning. The 3 complimentary horseback riding tickets made the kids overjoyed, and the riding instructor was super nice. The 24-hour shuttle service was available on demand, and the ladies always smiled while helping us with our luggage. 💝 Heartwarming Details That Made Me Want to Cry: ✔️ The Evian mineral water restocked daily was enough to open a small shop (lol). ✔️ The afternoon tea coffee was so fragrant, it was intoxicating. ✔️ The most delightful surprise was when Butler Xiao Sa gave me a Narat music CD as a farewell gift. So happy! Finally, a special thank you to Butler Xiao Sa, who thoughtfully provided me with a travel guide. It was truly so touching it made me want to cry!

The room was clean and tidy, and the hygiene was in place! The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and the check-in was fast. The bedding is comfortable and the rest quality is very good. Convenient location and convenient parking. The overall environment is quiet, the facilities are complete, the price is very high, the journey experience is great, I will choose this next time I travel, highly recommended!
