This hotel really exceeded my expectations! First of all, the location is excellent, you can get to the entrance of the scenic spot in a few minutes, saving a lot of traffic time, and coming back to rest at any time when you are tired. It is super convenient. The hotel's swimming pool is particularly clean, the water quality is clear, and the exquisite snacks sent are served for two laps at night. It is perfect. The snacks are really delicious to want to pack them away! The room is oversized, the floor-to-ceiling windows are very light, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the living is particularly bright. The most extra point is the boss, warm and thoughtful and real, from check-in to check-out, personally take care of, the recommended food and play routes are also particularly reliable. Stay here next time, highly recommended to all friends! 😊

This was by far the best accommodation throughout our entire Xinjiang trip, I genuinely recommend it!!! Before we even checked in, there was a slight issue with our reserved room. The butler proactively contacted us to explain the situation and even upgraded our room type for free. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, with expansive views from the window that offer an exceptional sightseeing experience, easily comparable to the Nalat Grasslands scenic area. In the evening, there was a free naan bread baking experience. A Kazakh auntie baked the naan fresh on the spot. The freshly baked naan was incredibly fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft interior. It was the best naan we'd tasted on our entire trip. Overall, this was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire Xinjiang journey. The service, room details, scenic environment, and unique experiences were all top-notch. If you're visiting this area, you can confidently choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time.

There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts.

Check-in was super smooth. Our butler, Winnie, contacted me two days in advance to ask about our room preferences. Knowing we were a family of three, she thoughtfully arranged an extra breakfast for us. She was incredibly considerate, even responding to my questions after her shift ended. The hotel environment is fantastic, with panoramic views of the Nalați Grassland. The location is excellent. The Indigo Hotel in Nalați is worth every penny! 😃

The service was incredibly thoughtful. Staff were always on hand to help with luggage, and their explanations were clear and thorough. Our room was wonderfully cool and comfortable, and enjoying coffee on the balcony while taking in the views was just beautiful! (The desserts definitely deserve a special mention!) You absolutely must watch the sunset and the 'blue hour' from the balcony. They even gave us some local specialty food when we checked out. It was truly a wonderful stay!

This homestay is in a good location, close to the Nalati Scenic Area, and the natural environment in the homestay is also very good. The floor-to-ceiling aluminum doors and windows in the room, you can see the beautiful scenery outside the window at a glance when you lie on the bed. The bathroom is clean, and the shower head of the bath facilities is very cool to take a bath. Shampoo shower liquid is a high-end brand, and the smart toilet is really great.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the scenic area. The environment is lovely; the owner clearly put a lot of thought into the design. The facilities and equipment are complete, and the entire room is smart-enabled with XiaoDu, which is very convenient. The hygiene is top-notch, and the front desk service is great; check-in was fast, and the staff helped with luggage. The outdoor swimming pool is also beautiful, a perfect spot for photos. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
