Guest UserJust arrived back to Singapore from Xinjiang, and i am already miss the cool weather and great views.
After staying in many hotels and homestay, the one that left the most impression was still this 宿心一号院, was introduced by a friend and got amazed by it in many ways.
Firstly the environment, Xinjiang is well-known for great natural scenes and this place demonstrates it perfectly.
The yard is blooming with flowers and filled with many trees. For a second, i thought the flowers and grass are fake as they look so fine.
The place is serene and chill, i could just spend the day just on the well maintaijed yard.
I spent few hours on the chair on the grass patch just to look at the moutains and let the warm sun do its magic.
In late April, i managed to catch both side of perks. In front of me, i am witnessing moutains turning green by day. And if i just turn around, my eyes are filled with gorgeous snow mountains.
I was blown away by the scenery, and totally lost track of time.
The owner spent great effort on designing the place and creating the atmosphere.
You would see a friendly cat roaming around freely and few cute rabbits chewing on the grass。
was told that more flowers are hiding under the grounds and trees are waiting to bear fruits.
There is a backyard where they grow vegetables and fruits, raissd over 100 chickens just to provide the freshness.
They also have a tree house that is facing the river, that is where i would stay the next time.
Must be great waking up to see a river in front of you.
Secondly the food, they provide awesome breakfast. Organic fresh ingredients with the magic hand from the local chef make magics. I don't usually eat tomatoes but can't say no to their tomatoes fried eggs.
Their chicken are self-raised and you can expect the nothing but quality.
大盘鸡 dapanji, also known as big plate chicken, love the potatoes that comes with it.
The best potatoes ever!
Also did order some of the local dishes, all is good.
Lastly, the host and staff are the highlights of the stay.
The host is a humorous gentleman that is filled with passion, he shared with me many things and can tell he loves what he do.
He gave me quire a few food recommendations on the possible places to go, what to skip and what to expect. Cant find a better local guide than him.
The staffs too are interesting people, managed to understand Xinjiang better with their help. It was fun to talk to young people that is filled with energy.

Xue618The service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as our car pulled up, three handsome gentlemen came out to help with our luggage. After check-in, they delivered our bags to the room and promptly brought a beautifully prepared afternoon tea, making us feel truly at home.
The room's decor was warm and cozy. We had just gotten caught in the rain in Nalati in the afternoon, so the shoe dryer in the room was an absolute lifesaver – truly a thoughtful touch!
The fairytale-like courtyard made us want to take countless photos of the scenery. The backyard faced the river, offering stunning views of the grasslands.
The next morning, breakfast was a delightful nine-compartment platter of nutritious and delicious food. With such an environment and service, it was hard to leave. When we departed, the same gentlemen helped with our luggage and reminded us not to forget anything.
I highly recommend this guesthouse, straight out of a fairytale! Next time I visit Nalati, I'm definitely staying here. It offers excellent value for money!
I especially loved the well-behaved and friendly pets at the guesthouse. I also noticed they have family rooms, which I'm sure children would adore.

This guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

Guest UserThis was a stay that exceeded my expectations.
The room was very clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, instantly relieving my travel fatigue. The view from the window was also beautiful. The breakfast was nutritious and varied, especially the authentic home-style dishes prepared by the hotel's Uyghur chef.
The hotel owner was incredibly warm and attentive, always thinking of the guests' needs. The receptionist was also very friendly, always smiling shyly as he helped me solve problems.
Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Nalati. Highly recommended!

Л. ЧжоуThe facilities here are a big plus. The decor is simple, modern, and very chic. My wife and I really love this hotel; it's almost as good as a five-star. The location is also excellent, and they even have their own parking with EV charging stations. You can tell the owner really cares about this place. But what truly impressed me was the service. It was fantastic from the moment we arrived, with smiling staff helping us with our luggage. A special shout-out to our service butler, Hansheng – he was absolutely amazing! The owner really needs to give him a raise!

Anonymous UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame.
The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness.
I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious.
Areas for improvement:
The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable.
Overall, I still highly recommend it.

Longlidiansi。The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to Narati, which is a big plus! The hotel itself is large with a spacious lobby, but its size also means it can be a bit confusing to navigate. It could use more staff. Breakfast was decent; there was a good variety, but the taste was just okay. As for facilities, I particularly want to mention the laundry room. It really needs an update. I had to search for it, finding it in an adjacent building and quite tucked away. In the end, I couldn't iron my clothes due to insufficient facilities and had to go back. The room is a bit old-fashioned but fully equipped, giving off vibes of hotels from a decade ago during an economic boom. Overall cleanliness was acceptable, but I'm deducting points because I found a centipede-like insect in the room just before check-out (perhaps due to the excellent natural environment?).

TUCK LOONGLocation is good, only 5minutes drive to Nalati Tourists Center. Reception and hotel workers are helpful. We checked in late, tired and hungry, and wanted a meal at the hotel, though the restaurant was just closed. They asked us, 6 of us, to sit comfortable first, served us hot tea, and asked the chef return to restaurant to cook for us. This is what i call good service.
The hotel is relatively new, well designed, with a garden. We enjoyed our stay.

Guest UserTo be honest my review is based on a basement room which was not ideal as the window was half way under the ground and easily people could see inside. Also the shower was terrible and once u showered the entire toilet area including part of the corridor got flooded as the drainage was blocked. It was not a good experience to be honest but I’m sure it is one of the better hotels in the area. Generally they need better hotels to be built in this area for tourist no doubt. Prices are also very high compared to other regions of Xinjiang.
