Each day, they restock local specialty nuts and dried fruits, and even offer disposable earplugs. You can relax on the tatami, chat, binge-watch shows, or enjoy afternoon tea. When the weather isn't too hot, you can also sit outside and enjoy the scenery. **Cleanliness:** Housekeeping staff come daily to clean the room and even help dust the outdoor seating. **Environment:** For city dwellers, this place is incredibly comfortable. Every day, opening the curtains reveals a lush green view, perfectly matching the room's name, 'Emerald Flow.' It's very pet-friendly; the dogs and cats all look quite clean. You can see a mother dog and her puppies playing in quieter areas. There were also many cats in the restaurant during breakfast, which both adults and children loved. **Service:** I requested a room with a good view in advance, and they assigned us a front-row spot with an unobstructed view. Staff personally deliver a fresh fruit platter daily, and we even received a souvenir when we checked out. My only minor suggestion is that it would be great if the afternoon tea selection could be a bit more diverse. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!"

"Our trip to Narat was made perfect by the Spruce Lodge! By the time we arrived at the hotel from the Duku Highway, both the elderly and the children were starving. The staff promptly brought out a lavish afternoon tea with an array of exquisite pastries, nuts, candied fruits, and fruit tea. A while later, they even brought out fresh fruit – it was a lifesaver! The hotel's location is arguably the most beautiful spot in the river valley grassland. From our room's balcony, we overlooked rolling emerald hills dotted with grazing cattle, horses, and sheep. Behind the hotel's restaurant lies an even more stunning secret garden – vast grasslands with small hills in the distance. Dining at the hotel's restaurant while watching the sunset over the grasslands, with the hotel's Akhal-Teke horses strolling by and lambs playfully nuzzling nearby, felt like pure bliss! The kids finished their meal first and went with their dad to climb the distant small hill, accompanied all the way by the hotel's border collie – so much fun! In the afternoon, we went to a shepherd's home on the back hill to milk cows, and the shepherd patiently taught the children; it was an incredibly enriching experience! Before our arrival, the hotel set up a dedicated concierge group for each guest, ready to answer any questions and fulfill any requests – super heartwarming! Oh, and by comparison, the concierge helping us snag self-driving tickets was probably the least noteworthy of their services, haha! People online often say Narat isn't worth visiting, but that must be because they didn't choose the right way to experience it. I believe Narat is a must-visit, and you absolutely *must* stay at the Spruce Lodge!"

"Check-in was super smooth. Our butler, Winnie, contacted me two days in advance to ask about our room preferences. Knowing we were a family of three, she thoughtfully arranged an extra breakfast for us. She was incredibly considerate, even responding to my questions after her shift ended. The hotel environment is fantastic, with panoramic views of the Nalați Grassland. The location is excellent. The Indigo Hotel in Nalați is worth every penny! 😃"

"I highly recommend the Naraty Nianhua Bay Hayin Sai Resort Hotel! The hotel is situated right within the scenic area, which is a fantastic location as it saves you from commuting back and forth to the park entrance every day. This makes it super convenient to catch the sunrise over the grasslands in the morning and enjoy the sunset in the evening. The courtyard-style B&B design has a wonderful Kazakh feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, with floor heating and air conditioning throughout, and excellent facilities. You can see the grasslands and distant mountains right from your window, making for great photo opportunities. I must give a special shout-out to our butler, Zati! His service was attentive and impeccable throughout our stay. Before we even checked in, he proactively contacted us, meticulously explained the scenic area's routes and shuttle bus stops, and even shared many hidden local gems for us to visit. Any requests we had at the hotel were met with incredibly quick responses, and he patiently answered all our questions with warmth and sincerity. Having Zati help plan our itinerary saved us so much hassle and truly elevated our travel experience. The resort also offers free shuttle services within the park, a distinctive restaurant, and even bonfire activities in the evenings. If you're looking for an immersive experience of the Naraty Grasslands, this place is definitely a top choice. I'll choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"There are many B&Bs near the Narati scenic area, and this one is ranked first, so it naturally has its unique qualities. The hotel's design and rooms are exceptional, with a distinctive style. The rooms also have an exotic feel. My favorite feature was the large bathtub; after a day of sightseeing, a soak completely melted away my fatigue. The hotel uses Acqua di Parma toiletries and provided complimentary fruits, snacks, and soft drinks. In the evening, there was a bonfire party with free-flowing beer, lamb skewers, singing, dancing, and even fireworks. I highly recommend this hotel. When we checked out, they even gave us a souvenir gift of nuts."

"This guesthouse feels like a hidden gem! The cleanliness is top-notch – no dust on the tables, no stains on the floor, and even the corners are spotless. The facilities are comprehensive and all very new. The service is warm and prompt; they provide free hot water and winter essentials, and are always ready to help with any request. The room's large floor-to-ceiling window directly faces a snowy landscape, allowing you to immerse yourself in the beautiful scene of snow falling on the grassland right from your bed."

"This was by far the best accommodation throughout our entire Xinjiang trip, I genuinely recommend it!!! Before we even checked in, there was a slight issue with our reserved room. The butler proactively contacted us to explain the situation and even upgraded our room type for free. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, with expansive views from the window that offer an exceptional sightseeing experience, easily comparable to the Nalat Grasslands scenic area. In the evening, there was a free naan bread baking experience. A Kazakh auntie baked the naan fresh on the spot. The freshly baked naan was incredibly fragrant, with a crispy crust and a soft interior. It was the best naan we'd tasted on our entire trip. Overall, this was the most satisfying accommodation of our entire Xinjiang journey. The service, room details, scenic environment, and unique experiences were all top-notch. If you're visiting this area, you can confidently choose this place. We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame. The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness. I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious. Areas for improvement: The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable. Overall, I still highly recommend it."
