"Despite asking when we booked, for an accessible accommodation on ground floor as both of us have mobility issues, on arrival we were told that the accessible unit was not available due to repairs (Would have appreciated knowing before starting our journey). The other chalets were not suitable as they were on first floor. The unit we were given had scaffolding around it. Cobwebs on A frame ceiling, no curtains on some of the windows so outside light shone in chalet all night. Had booked for three nights but stayed for one 😔 Also reception access is not suitable for wheelchair/mobility problems as it has steps and no ramp."

"A large one bedroom apartment with every facility. Spotless and very friendly staff. A bit of a stroll to the restaurants but not enough to worry us. There is a small pool. I’d suggest painting it light blue not dark as it looks ominous! The high street is full of shops and bars but everything closes early so be aware. There only seems to be customers early morning. Where is everybody? Very pretty old town though with a great coastal walk."
