Hotels in The Harbourfront, Toronto

Requested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.

Got so lucky to have this room which was perfect to spend time to catch up with my friends! Suite room was amazing and the cleaner was the most professional one we have ever met! The location is just right in front of the Harbour and likely 5 mins from Union station! We definitely stay again

When I searched this place, there was no review about this house. So I hesitated before reservation, but the location and price were good for me that’s why I chose. It took 5-10 mins to the Union station.  Picking up the key was a little bit annoying but not bad the host gave a guide kindly. I could pick it up easily.  Room condition was good, clean, and has nice view and some restaurants near this place as well.

A gem! Prime location with an unbeatable view. Clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. Enough space for four adults to live comfortably. Our inquiries were handled quickly.

My stay at this hotel was the best experience I've had in Toronto. It's right in the absolute city center, making it super convenient for landmarks and shopping. A Chinese guy at the front desk was especially welcoming; even though I arrived very late, he proactively arranged a high-floor, quiet room for me and gave me plenty of water, which made me feel really warm and cared for. It's a shame I was only there for the weekend and spent most of my time out exploring, so I didn't get to enjoy the hotel as much as I would have liked. I'll definitely be back next time!

Everything is very average. It is basically the configuration of a first-year double dormitory in a typical North American university. Two beds and two combination cabinets with desks. There is no refrigerator, safe, iron, hair dryer and other basic hotel facilities. It was windy in Toronto and the windows were rattling. The power socket on the wall is very difficult to find, and it looks like black tape on the wooden strips for wiring. This price is probably the same level in Toronto during graduation season. But the hotel is in a good location, and it is a two-minute walk to the City Hall Square.

I’d like to start with the positives of the hotel. First of all, the location was excellent. As tourists, it was very convenient for us to get to all the main attractions around the city. I would also like to give special recognition to the service. We were truly impressed by how attentive and welcoming the staff were throughout our stay. In particular, the reception team and the café staff serving breakfast provided outstanding hospitality. Bar 45 also exceeded our expectations with exceptional service. Overall, the customer service was truly top-notch. What unfortunately disappointed us was the condition of the hotel itself. It feels as though the property has not been significantly updated since the 1970s. The old doors, outdated furniture, worn carpets, and poor lighting in the lobby create a sense of discomfort rather than luxury. This is definitely something that needs attention, as the current condition and renovation standards do not match the level and reputation of the hotel.

The room is spacious. Location is good, within walking distance to Eaton Centre, only 8 mins walk. You can also walk to the attractions at downtown like CN tower, City Hall, Rogers Centre….There are a lot of restaurants around, Japanese, Korean, western …. You can even find bubble tea shop within 3 mins walk. The hotel service is good, the waiters remember the drink I preferred on my second & the following days of breakfast already. They are caring.

Overall a good hotel and would book there again. They don’t have smart tv’s in the room so was unable to stream Netflix or any of those. A microwave in the room would be handy too
