"The hot springs and saunas that flow directly from the source were the best. I wanted to drink at the fashionable cafe in the annex, but I gave up because the menu was not very rich. The building was also fresh unlike ordinary hotels. I want to stay again."

Usa GRAND HOTEL ★★★
"The front desk service has improved considerably, but are they even managing the hot springs? On the first day, the water for rinsing off was so hot I almost got burned, and on the third day, the hot spring water was lukewarm, with cold water coming out of the spout, making the bath colder and colder. Something is missing every time."

"Room and facilities are old. Staff is not available in the morning before check out. Dinner is in set form and insufficient to go around due to a big crowd of football players. Breakfast is also in set form and well distributed though. I opined the room is not value for money."
