The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Xi'an next to the Bell Tower. The subway station is just outside, making it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to the Muslim Quarter or the Drum Tower, or taking the subway to other major attractions. Getting around is completely hassle-free. Upon entering, the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were patient and friendly, answering all my questions thoroughly. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft, tidy bedding. The bathroom was well-designed with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors. All facilities were in perfect working order; the lighting, air conditioning, and smart devices were easy and comfortable to use. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a quiet and restful environment despite being in a bustling area. The room itself was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with good natural light and ventilation. The amenities provided were comprehensive, and you could tell the hotel pays attention to details. The surrounding area is packed with great restaurants and shops, making it super easy to explore and find food. It offers excellent value for money, perfect for both tourists and those needing a short-term stay. My entire visit was comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was easy to find, and most of the guest rooms were on the second floor, with the front desk and restaurant on the first floor. This provided great privacy and security. The hygiene was also good, and the service was very welcoming. It's a really great choice.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a subway station and a snack street right downstairs. I initially planned to stay for just one day, but ended up extending to five! The washer and dryer here are absolute lifesavers – they can dry even thick clothes in just 30 minutes. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if there was a low cabinet or shelf under the clothes rack to put backpacks on. Traveling with kids means lots of bags, especially in winter with all the extra coats, and we really ran out of space for them.

The room is really good, very good, the traffic is convenient, there is a bus stop at the door, I wanted two bottles of water at the time, and the water was quickly sent up.

The front desk staff was warm and the check-in and check-out speed was very fast. The overall price is super high, the accommodation experience is very good, it is recommended!
