The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Xi'an next to the Bell Tower. The subway station is just outside, making it incredibly convenient whether you're heading to the Muslim Quarter or the Drum Tower, or taking the subway to other major attractions. Getting around is completely hassle-free. Upon entering, the front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick and efficient, and they were patient and friendly, answering all my questions thoroughly. The room was spotlessly clean, with soft, tidy bedding. The bathroom was well-designed with a dry/wet separation and no unpleasant odors. All facilities were in perfect working order; the lighting, air conditioning, and smart devices were easy and comfortable to use. The soundproofing was also excellent, allowing for a quiet and restful environment despite being in a bustling area. The room itself was spacious and didn't feel cramped, with good natural light and ventilation. The amenities provided were comprehensive, and you could tell the hotel pays attention to details. The surrounding area is packed with great restaurants and shops, making it super easy to explore and find food. It offers excellent value for money, perfect for both tourists and those needing a short-term stay. My entire visit was comfortable and worry-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xi'an and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was easy to find, and most of the guest rooms were on the second floor, with the front desk and restaurant on the first floor. This provided great privacy and security. The hygiene was also good, and the service was very welcoming. It's a really great choice.

I stayed for 9 days and am leaving today. This is truly a fantastic hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are very new, and it's also very quiet. The front desk offers complimentary coffee, tea, and pastries, and there's also a self-service laundry with two washers and two dryers, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are all very friendly and promptly help resolve any issues. The gentleman at the front desk was also great, greeting us warmly and checking in on us. The breakfast menu changes daily and is always delicious. The transportation is super convenient; the subway station is right outside. There are plenty of food options downstairs and nearby, plus a food street that connects directly to Huimin Street. Sajinqiao Food Street is also just a short walk away. Attractions like the Bell and Drum Towers and the City Wall are all very close by. It's so convenient! Highly recommend it!

This stay experience is great! From check-in to check-out, every link is comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly fragrant. The front desk brother service was warm and thoughtful. The central air conditioner was a bit cold at first. After talking, it was solved immediately. The service did not have to say. This is my second stay. My friend also arranged the room for his birthday. No matter what needs can be solved in time, I really love it, it is recommended! !
