Echarm Hotels in Xi'an

The room was fantastic, the atmosphere was great, it was very close to popular attractions, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and there were plenty of restaurants downstairs. A superb experience!

I chose the Echarm Hotel Chanba International Convention and Exhibition Center for my business trip to Xi'an, and it was a fantastic experience! It's just a few minutes' walk to the exhibition center, which saved me a lot of hassle and early mornings. The hotel has a simple Scandinavian design, and the smart room features are incredibly convenient. Controlling the lights and curtains by voice felt so premium. The zero-pressure mattress was super soft, providing instant relaxation after a tiring day of work. The breakfast selection was extensive, including local specialties like 'sauteed noodles' (saozi mian) and 'roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which fueled me up perfectly for the convention. The front desk staff were also super enthusiastic and accommodating. This is definitely the right choice for business travel!

Overall, it was a good stay. The hotel is super close to Metro Line 3, literally 50 meters away. The breakfast was plentiful, and you access everything with a key card. There are also plenty of restaurants in the mall right next to the hotel, which is really convenient. The only downside is that all the king rooms face the street. It can be quite noisy if you leave the window open, so you can't really relax. It gets much quieter with the window closed at night, but then another problem arises: it gets really hot. The room's AC can't be controlled, and the central air conditioning doesn't provide cool air, which I found a bit odd. However, the staff were very helpful and immediately brought a fan.

This hotel is perfect for those traveling by car. The underground parking has plenty of spaces and there's a direct elevator to the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and spacious. Our room was also very clean and even came with an air purifier. The bathroom has a great wet/dry separation, which is a nice touch. The bedding was odorless, dry, and tidy. The breakfast selection was decent, and the laundry room is a thoughtful amenity, providing pre-portioned laundry detergent and powder. While you'll need the subway to reach attractions, there's a station right outside, which is very convenient. There are also many local restaurants nearby that are highly recommended!

The hotel is very clean, with complete facilities and equipment, a good environment, friendly front desk service, clean and tidy rooms, and convenient transportation. There is a subway entrance at the door. It is also convenient to reverse. It has direct access to the North Railway Station. Xiaolu has good service. I recommend it to friends who are reversing on a business trip. It is a chain hotel Don't worry if you live here, it's great

The service was incredibly thoughtful. I requested a bottle opener, and it was delivered to my room almost immediately. The surroundings were beautiful, and the place was spotless. It's conveniently located with plenty of dining options nearby. It offers excellent value for money, and all 8 of us in our group were very satisfied.
