GreenTree Eastern Hotels in Xi'an

Absolutely terrible experience! The room reeked of fried chicken from the previous guests when we walked in, and even after opening the windows for ages, it was still nauseating. The windows in the room were tiny, facing another building, so the view was extremely limited. There's no soundproofing whatsoever; at 11 or 12 at night, you could hear the shower running in the room next door as if it were right beside you. Breakfast was a joke – by 8:30 AM, there was no milk, no soy milk, and no plates, plus the tables weren't being cleared. The downstairs lobby restroom had a strong, unpleasant smell, which also carried into the laundry room. To top it all off, the minibar in our severely overpriced 'premium twin room' was empty, and when I asked the front desk, they said there were no drinks available, even though hotels under the H World Group, like HUALUXE and others, usually provide them.

The hotel service is very good, the facilities are new, and it is close to the Terracotta Warriors. It is recommended. It is located in the development zone, far from the city. It is best to go to the outlet mall for meals and stroll around.
