Holiday Inn Hotels in Xi'an

Facilities: The hotel is a bit older, but it's been nicely renovated. Cleanliness: The hygiene is good, everything is very clean. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for both tourists and business travelers. Service: The service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the staff are all very nice and proactively greet you when you encounter them. I would still choose this hotel again.

Originally booked a family room, but the front desk upgraded us to a suite upon check-in – what a pleasant surprise! The two bathrooms were perfect for our family of three. They even proactively offered a humidifier when they heard we were from the South, which immediately sealed the deal for a five-star review in my mind! When we came back in the evening, there was complimentary warm congee, which was a great palate cleanser after all the spicy food we'd been eating. On our last day, we also grabbed two complimentary Americanos. Seriously, the value for money here is outstanding! Highly recommend!

Facilities: The hotel facilities are relatively new, and there is a food delivery robot Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, and the air purifier is very good! Environment: The outlet mall is next to the hotel and it is very good. It is only a 3-minute walk away! Service: Julia at the front desk checked in and gave me a gift. The service is good!

The room's location is super convenient! Downstairs, there's a large mall similar to Taikoo Li, packed with all sorts of food, bars, tea shops, and local specialties. There's even a Hema supermarket inside, which is incredibly handy. The room itself was quite comfortable and spacious, and the soundproofing was pretty good. The bedding was really comfy too. The service was excellent; they even gave us a Peet's Coffee energy pack downstairs, which included an Americano and a really substantial bagel 🥯. Both tasted great! I highly recommend everyone check this place out. It's also less than 5 metro stops from Xiaozhai commercial area, and you can easily take the metro or bus to the Bell Tower and Muslim Quarter.

This was my second stay, and I chose China Construction Holiday Hotel again. As expected of a state-owned enterprise, the environment, facilities, and service were all of a very high standard. Thumbs up to staff members Xiao Ye and Xiao Ming! Their service was warm, attentive, and efficient! The best value hotel I've stayed at while driving through Xi'an.
