"This is a convenient hostel close to the airport. I would recommend this if you arrive late or have an early flight. In my case, I had an early flight and didn‘t want to bother with the travel. So another nice aspect is that you can take the bus to the hostel as they don‘t run in the early and late hours.
The reception was nice and upgraded me to a smaller room. They give you a package with towel, shower gel, shampoo and tooth brush. The hostel is not overpacked and you can have a nice rest. The bunk beds are spacious, are equipped with 2 power outlets, a little switch on/off light and shelves. The pillow, blanket and matress are soft. There is nothing to complain about the rest rooms.
Outside there are eateries and even massage places.
Overall yes recommend, but obviously this is a pass-by hostel. The positives: it‘s cleaner, better equipped and nicer looking than most hostels downtown for the price. "

HHanna177For me, this hostel is in a great location - close enough to the Old Quarter without being in it and closer to West Lake, so the atmosphere is more ”relaxed” (for Hanoi haha) and more local.
Other than that, it wasn't the best place I've stayed at. The bed is way too hard and I don't like the set up of the sinks and toilets/showers being in the room. Luckily, there were only two other girls in the room with me, and both very considerate. But I can imagine if it were fully booked, how chaotic and noisy it would get.
Staff try to be friendly but felt a bit fake and forced. They were already asking me to give them a high review before checking me into my room and once you were checked in they didnt really want anything to do with you.. let your service, cleanliness, rooms speak for themselves, don't ask guests for high reviews.
In the end, I moved to another place with a similar name, closer to the Old Quarter but with much better rooms and genuine friendly staff. This place wouldn't be my first or recommended option in Hanoi.

GGuest UserThis is my third time staying in this Vietnamese capsule hotel. Previously, there was only one free packet of snacks in the room but this time, there are up to 20 kinds of snacks and drinks for sale in the room. I purchased one can of red bean porridge to eat for breakfast and it costs me 50000 Vietnamese Dong.
The capsule hotel is located past the flight view cafe and Bamboo Airways Operations Office on the third floor. Other than sleep and using the mobile phone or laptop, the other activity to do that can be done between 6 am and 8 am the next morning is plane-spotting at the flight view area outside the capsule hotel. I am very happy to witness Drukair's launch of charter flight from Hanoi to Paro on 9 November 2025.
The Sun PhuQuoc Airways check-in counter can be seen on the third floor immediately outside the capsule hotel. The strategic location of the capsule hotel is of convenience for overnight transit travellers but there are no shower facilities outside the capsule hotel.

MM237133****The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the nearby attractions. The staff are very friendly and attentive, often checking if the air conditioning is set to a comfortable temperature. The room was clean and tidy, the bed linens were spotless, and the staff cleaned it regularly. The communal bathroom is spacious, the toilets are clean, and there's a large area for drying clothes. The common areas are cozy and inviting. There was plenty of hot water, and it was generally quiet at night, allowing for a good night's sleep.

GGuest UserI stayed in this friendly place for a month. Polite staff, delicious breakfasts and a very homely atmosphere. Toilets are clean, showers too. The house itself, in which the hostel is located, resembles a French house from Provence. A nice lady at the reception will come to your help at any time of the day, concerning life in the hostel, and will also help you navigate in Hanoi. As I already wrote, the hostel provides delicious breakfasts, which are served every morning in the lobby - breakfasts are very full, so you will not go hungry. Also, upon request, they can prepare lunch or dinner for you, and you can also use the bar. In addition to food and drinks, the hostel provides laundry services, you can rent a bike or bicycle, and you can also order various tours of Hanoi and the suburbs of Hanoi. I was on a tour of Hanoi from the hostel; I was satisfied with everything; I learned more about the city. Overall, the hostel is suitable for both short-term and long-term stays - both the location and the services, as well as the attractive prices. I will recommend it to my friends and acquaintances.

DDawei 007What a perfect little place to stay if you have a late arriving flight or a very early morning one. I found the staff here extremely friendly and they used Google translate to communicate. The room was immaculate and offered fantastic value. They offer breakfast at an additional charge , very reasonable and their iced coffee is superb, highly recommend. An ideal place to stay for a night.

Good for pubbing, eating and shopping. Not good for good night rest.

SshintarolikebintaroCheap and good. I think the people stayed there was almost from Vietnam or Laos or Cambodia, but they are so nice. And, the location was little bit far from old city, but thanks to that I could get cheaper meals than in old city.

YYegebaiweiThe room was exactly as described in the pictures. The location is excellent, right next to the Huanjiang River. There are many traditional Hanoi restaurants nearby. There are so many delicious options. I stayed here for several days and would definitely stay here again in Hanoi. The convenient transportation is highly recommended.

DDmitry B***Single Budget room at the top is really tiny but cheap, had lots of air, and great views of St.Joseph cathedral from just outside the door. Very close to the lake but not in the overly crowded Old Quarter north of it (easy walk though).
