"Location of the property is excellent. Well-maintained. Check in was smooth, mr. Hider and hoshiarsingh ji was up to the mark. Dine in room service was little slow but food was very good. Breakfast spread was good, food was tasty. Feedback here is that they start breakfast after 8:10 am which they should start around 7:30 am."

"The location of the hotel is really convenient as it's walking distance from the railway station. The staff is very friendly and cooperative, i had requested an early check-in and they were happy to oblige. The room was clean and spacious, but the ac wasn't working. The switches in the room were very confusing. No food options close by, and no indication of a restaurant present in the premises or a menu."

"The rooms were okay. The photo showed said that suite will have two rooms like a living room and a bedroom. But that was not the case. The service of restaurant was also very slow. One boy is kept to do everything and he cannot run around for all the things. Also the id card was taken and said will be sent to my room. But they did not send till i went and asked after a few hours. Then the room boy who is also the waiter boy in the restaurant took from his pocket and gave. The people don't understand well."
