Whether it be a remodel job or new construction, the benefits to this project are the use of leftover building materials, resulting in less forest destruction, filling of landfills, all while cutting expenses for all involved!The WIE House is small in physical size, but big in quality of living. The bedrooms, a remodeled full bath, and a 30-foot-long ocean-facing deck are on the first floor, and a great room, dining area, brand new kitchen, remodeled full bath, ocean-view screened porch, and ocean deck are on the upper level. Linens are provided.Three bedrooms sleep 7 people comfortably in a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a duo bunk (a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on top; suitable for a child).
