This hotel is hands down the best value for money you can find in the city, and without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Location & Accessibility: The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city on a lovely, pleasant street surrounded by lots of great restaurants. It’s within easy walking distance of Lumphini park and offers easy access to all the major shopping malls, including CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery and MBK Center. There is also a convenient bus stop right nearby, making it super easy to reach the historic Old Town and immerse yourself in Thai culture. The Room & Incredible Views: I have never had such a breathtaking view from a hotel room before—it was truly unforgettable. The suites are enormous and fully equipped; you could literally just move in and live here permanently. I was surprised, that the room includes a bathtub to relax in, a modern Japanese-style electronic bidet toilet, a fully functional kitchen, a washing machine. Minor tip for guests: with the AC on, the windows tended to fog up slightly from the temperature difference, which obstructed the view, so I simply turned off the AC for a bit whenever I wanted to take in the clear panoramic skyline. Room Service & In-Room Dining: I was very pleasantly surprised by how affordable and reasonable the room service prices were, so I decided to treat myself and order in. I had the Green Curry and the Mango Sticky Rice (which I developed a serious addiction to during my time in Thailand!). The food was delivered remarkably fast, tasted exceptionally delicious, and I really appreciated being able to pay in cash right at the door. Exceptional Hospitality & Birthday Surprise: The staff here are remarkably warm, polite, and welcoming. I don’t usually leave tips, but the hospitality here was so outstanding that I simply couldn't resist. On top of that, the team surprised me with wonderful birthday greetings and a delicious complimentary cake waiting in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! Facilities & Amenities: Swimming Pool: Spacious, pristine, and very relaxing. Fresh towels are provided, and there are secure lockers with convenient wristband keys so you can swim without worrying about your belongings. Sauna: There are separate saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms—an amazing way to unwind right after a dip in the pool. Gym: Fully equipped for a proper workout with well-maintained equipment, proper free weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, and clean towels. I fell so in love with this place that I want to return here for every single birthday. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for creating such a memorable stay and for the lovely gift!

Stayed in a Deluxe with River view room on 17F. Large, spacious room, comfortable bed and convenient location. Staffs are the best, always ready to help. We slept well every night though if you are a light sleeper do bring some ear plugs. Individually controlled air conditioner which is wrong and cools the room quick. Balcony is more for clothes drying not enjoying the outdoors as each room’s aircon compressor is located there. Gym machines were generally old except the dumbbells. Please note though there is no in-room washing machine for this room type anymore. Do verify with the hotel first if that is important to you. There are common washers on another floor.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. The breakfast was also delicious! There's a pool that kept me, a water lover, entertained to the point I didn't want to go back to my room! 😂 I forgot to pre-purchase extra baggage weight online for my return trip, and the front desk staff kindly helped us communicate with the airline. I'm truly grateful! If I visit Thailand again, I'll definitely stay here!

Located right in the heart of Thonglor with easy access and on-site parking. They also provide a convenient shuttle van to the main road. The staff service is exceptional, from the reception to the bellboys. The rooms are clean and fully equipped with great amenities. It was a perfect stay for our whole family, including seniors and young children. Highly recommended!

This is my fourth time staying at this hotel, and what I appreciate most is how spacious and clean it is, along with the reasonable price. The only minor downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the main street to the hotel, but that's acceptable. However, I do have a small issue to bring up this time. Since today is Saturday and check-out time is at 12 PM, I'd expect a lot of guests to be leaving. They normally have four elevators, but one was out of order, and another was being used for renovations on an upper floor, making it unusable. This left only two elevators for guest use. I waited for almost 15 rounds before I could finally get into an elevator. This really needs improvement, especially since I believe they have service elevators. It significantly impacted guests' comings and goings.
