The room was great, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning was also quite strong. However, the bath towels didn't seem to dry overnight when hung in the room. My only slight concern was that the hotel is located deep in an alley, which is a bit dark. A woman walking alone might feel a little scared. On the bright side, there's a night market and a 7-Eleven right at the alley's entrance, which is very convenient, though the main street outside can get quite congested at night.

Overall, this is a good budget hotel and offers good value for the price. If you’re looking for an affordable stay, it’s a reasonable choice. The room is spacious, and I liked having a separate living room area. The rooftop is a nice place to relax, and the gym has the basic equipment you need. The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a room on the highest floor, which we appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable throughout our stay. The treadmill in the gym also needs attention, as the running belt doesn’t function properly and could be a safety hazard. We also experienced an ant problem in the room, despite not leaving any food or leftovers out. We felt comfortable during our stay, but we didn’t particularly enjoy it. The hotel met our basic needs and offers decent value for the price, but it didn’t leave much of an impression. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, it’s a reasonable option, just don’t expect too much.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Citin Pratunam Bangkok! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is excellent—very close to Pratunam Market, shopping malls, and many restaurants, making it very convenient for travelers. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay. Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially families. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. ❤️

The master bedroom has a smart TV with a large screen. The bed is wide enough for three people. The bunk beds are single size. The room was basically cleaned every day. Every hotel staff member was very friendly. It's convenient to get to any attraction. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station, but we didn't use it. It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has great food, cosmetics, and a supermarket. This hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Thai food is fantastic. There are two 7-Eleven stores near the hotel. About a 5-minute walk further, there's an affordable and legitimate massage parlor worth trying.

The room assigned was right by the stairwell on the first floor, which was incredibly noisy and disrupted my sleep! Otherwise, the environment was quite new... It was my first time being assigned a room on the first floor... This was despite me mentioning my preference in advance. It seems Ctrip didn't fulfill the customer's request. The bedsheets were yellowing, making me wonder if they'd been changed.

9/10 – Very Good Stay I had a very pleasant stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money. The only reason I’m giving 9 instead of 10 is that there is still a little room for improvement in some facilities and amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would be happy to stay here again.

It was an extension stay so my previous review remains the same. Checkout was smooth and without hassle, the service counter staffs were courteous Please improve the amenities such as toilet door unable to close, bathroom door is missing, and have more power points in the room.
