The room was great, very clean, and the bathroom was spacious. The air conditioning was also quite strong. However, the bath towels didn't seem to dry overnight when hung in the room. My only slight concern was that the hotel is located deep in an alley, which is a bit dark. A woman walking alone might feel a little scared. On the bright side, there's a night market and a 7-Eleven right at the alley's entrance, which is very convenient, though the main street outside can get quite congested at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Citin Pratunam Bangkok! Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff were all incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile.

The location is excellent—very close to Pratunam Market, shopping malls, and many restaurants, making it very convenient for travelers. We felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable and memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok, especially families. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit. ❤️

The master bedroom has a smart TV with a large screen. The bed is wide enough for three people. The bunk beds are single size. The room was basically cleaned every day. Every hotel staff member was very friendly. It's convenient to get to any attraction. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station, but we didn't use it. It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has great food, cosmetics, and a supermarket. This hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Thai food is fantastic. There are two 7-Eleven stores near the hotel. About a 5-minute walk further, there's an affordable and legitimate massage parlor worth trying.

9/10 – Very Good Stay

I had a very pleasant stay at Citrus Sukhumvit 11 by Compass Hospitality. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and overall the hotel offered excellent value for money. The only reason I’m giving 9 instead of 10 is that there is still a little room for improvement in some facilities and amenities.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok and would be happy to stay here again.

Overall, this is a good budget hotel and offers good value for the price. If you’re looking for an affordable stay, it’s a reasonable choice. The room is spacious, and I liked having a separate living room area. The rooftop is a nice place to relax, and the gym has the basic equipment you need.

The hotel kindly accommodated our request for a room on the highest floor, which we appreciated. However, the Wi-Fi was very weak and unreliable throughout our stay. The treadmill in the gym also needs attention, as the running belt doesn’t function properly and could be a safety hazard. We also experienced an ant problem in the room, despite not leaving any food or leftovers out.

We felt comfortable during our stay, but we didn’t particularly enjoy it. The hotel met our basic needs and offers decent value for the price, but it didn’t leave much of an impression. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay, it’s a reasonable option, just don’t expect too much.

The room assigned was right by the stairwell on the first floor, which was incredibly noisy and disrupted my sleep! Otherwise, the environment was quite new... It was my first time being assigned a room on the first floor... This was despite me mentioning my preference in advance. It seems Ctrip didn't fulfill the customer's request. The bedsheets were yellowing, making me wonder if they'd been changed.

It was an extension stay so my previous review remains the same. Checkout was smooth and without hassle, the service counter staffs were courteous 

Please improve the amenities such as toilet door unable to close, bathroom door is missing, and have more power points in the room.

This is a great hotel in the city center, with a shopping mall, laundry service, and 7/11 nearby. It's a 5-10 minute walk to a tuk-tuk stand, which means you can get to any part of the center very quickly. You can also walk to the pier and take a boat to Koh Larn⛴️

The hotel isn't the newest, but it's clearly well-maintained, clean, and attractive. It was a bit noisy from our city-view room on the 7th floor, as there are bars below the windows, but it wasn't too disruptive.

The grounds are small but very cozy, with everything you need, including a slide and a kids' area. Pets are allowed.

The breakfast was decent, but the selection wasn't huge – only three types of fruit, and pretty much the same options every day. On the plus side, they cook eggs and omelets to order right in front of you, and you can customize your own soup with different noodles and toppings.

Overall, we were satisfied with the value for money.

Location is good and quiet for a good night's sleep and staff was good and friendly but a down side are there were ants everywhere in the room, on the desk, the bathroom and even coming onto the bed. The staff was good, the did come and spray around which I suppose helped a little bit but didnt fully get rid of them.

All the staff are helping with a smile on their faces. We had a lot of luggage. They helped us with all of that. The kitchen staff are very humble and happy. They have a funny washing machine at room 607. It never stops.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good.

However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting.

The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

we went last year to this hotel and found it excellent but this time it did not feel as good. Firstly the bedroom very small and the window did not stay open when we told the maid she must have known about it because she came and propped it open with 2 rolls of paper towels, also there were no hand towels in our room the whole stay only 2 bath towels. last year there seemed better selection the breakfast seemed hit and miss first day no hash brown and only one  flavour of yogurt, second day there was hash brown but no sausages. there were never ever any black pudding or fried bread which i would have expected for a full english.

Hotel was quite easy to find & access was quite good. Good car parking arrangement with the council for 2 day's. Disappointment the hotel didn't offer an evening meal so we had to go out & find it which wasn't ideal as when booking we noticed a restaurant on site. Only coach parties would be entertainment apparently.
Breakfast covered hot & continental which was good to us.
Our room however was far from satisfactory to us but we tolerated it & didn't complain. The bathroom door handle was troublesome to open so instead of fixing it  they put a sign on the door telling us what to do.. The bathroom blind was also broken.
The very small room had a tiny bed which was far from comfortable. We paid a lot for 2 nights which we regret so alas we won't be returning.
