Galleria 12 is located in an excellent spot down an alley in the middle of downtown. It is super close to Pier 12 which has a ton of cheap and tasty food options. The pool is quite relaxing if you can ignore the construction next door. The gym comes stocked with a multipurpose machine and other equipment, but it’s rather cramped. We really enjoyed the breakfast which offered good Thai and western options. The main issue we had with the rooms was that the soundproofing was quite terrible. Our room was connected to a neighboring room by two locked doors. Unfortunately, the soundproofing was so bad that I could clearly hear my neighbors’ conversation when they were simply talking. When they were watching TV, it felt as if it was in the same room. If you’re a light sleeper, you might have a hard time.

The master bedroom has a smart TV with a large screen. The bed is wide enough for three people. The bunk beds are single size. The room was basically cleaned every day. Every hotel staff member was very friendly. It's convenient to get to any attraction. It's about a ten-minute walk to the subway station, and the hotel offers a free shuttle to the station, but we didn't use it. It's close to Terminal 21 shopping mall, which has great food, cosmetics, and a supermarket. This hotel offers good value for money and a comfortable stay. Thai food is fantastic. There are two 7-Eleven stores near the hotel. About a 5-minute walk further, there's an affordable and legitimate massage parlor worth trying.

Traveling with three people, prioritizing three single beds, limited our options. This hotel is located in the Pratunam area, and you can drive right up to the entrance. However, with shops and stalls lining both sides, it gets incredibly congested with pedestrians and motorbikes, making it very difficult if there's oncoming traffic.

Everything you need is within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Airport Rail Link Ratchaprarop station and about a 15-minute walk to CentralWorld.

The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the older one. One bed had a fixed frame, while the other two had movable frames on wheels (they sagged a bit in the middle, probably because they weren't fixed). 

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower door felt broken. The hotel didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The shower gel and shampoo came in pump bottles. Our triple room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet at night. The curtains didn't close completely. The room was proactively cleaned the next day.

There's a scale in the lobby for weighing luggage, which was convenient. There weren't enough power outlets for three people, and the Wi-Fi signal was poor.

It's decent for a three-star hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable—perfect for both short and extended stays. The staff deserves a special mention—they were extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist with a smile.

The front desk and lobby are on the smaller side, but everything is well-managed and efficient. Breakfast is decent—not a huge variety, but whatever is served is fresh and really tasty.

Overall, great value for money and a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced for its location. On the same road, there was a well-known Thai restaurant that always had a queue. It was also very convenient, with a 3-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and just 3 minutes to the MRT Green Line (Nana) station. Overall, it was a good experience staying here, and daily housekeeping was provided.

Overall a good experience. Clean, friendly service. My flight arrived super early in the morning and they let me check in at 11 for no extra charge. Hotel is right in the thick of it in Nana which while interesting was also a bit annoying, as many people will approach you with varyingly shady propositions.

The room is quite spacious, but some cleanliness issues most notably the glass wall to the bathroom appears to be growing mold of some sort like a petri dish as it is made of double glass which is open at the top into the shower, and is therefore impossible to clean without taking out the whole panel.

They have a bar which seemed mostly occupied by middle age and up white men. They also have a pool, but I was unable to use it during my stay due to the jet lag.

If I was in Sukhumvit again, I’d probably stay again for the price.

The room was clean, tidy, and very new. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and the surrounding area is great with a bustling street full of bars and shops. It's not far from major hotels and shopping districts, making it an ideal place to stay. There's also an elevator.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and massage parlors nearby. The breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The pool was fun to swim in. It was a bit disappointing that the slide was closed, but I'd definitely come back again.

I really liked this hotel. To me the best part about it was that the staff was great and friendly. They even surprised me when I came back into the lobby after a day of shopping and sang me happy birthday. The only issues I had was the air conditioner In my room wasn't working properly and was broken, so I had to tell the front desk multiple times and It took three different times for the techs to come to my room and replace the broken parts and fix my AC. Another problem that concerned me was during the breakfeast buffet in the morning I saw a small roach running on the counter where all the food pans were being served, which would indicate to me that there must be a roach infestation in the kitchen, and for the 5 star hotel I shouldn't be seeing that. Overall I would stay here again though.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good.

However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting.

The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

We had a small issue with the twin bed upon arrival, but the front desk staff resolved it quickly and was very kind. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The sea view during breakfast was beautiful and made the morning especially enjoyable.

The room was satisfactory— not too big, but certainly larger than those found in chain hotels. The location was lovely; however, the standard room we received had a view of the parking lot. Due to the wooden floors, we were able to hear other guests walking around quite easily. The sauna and steam facilities were enjoyable, but it would have been great to have a bit more menthol or some options to help eliminate the smell of sweat.
