Greeted by friendly staff at the reception upon arrival. As we arrived too early, we were allowed to leave our luggages at the front desk.

Day to day cleaning was good, service was efficient and excellent when facing any technical fault.

Overall good stay and nice location.

The hotel is generally very clean, and the location is excellent. After getting off at Nana station, it's just a few hundred meters walk into a small alley. There are also many convenience stores nearby. The main selling point is the low price, and the location is decent, plus the whole place is very clean.

Traveling with three people, prioritizing three single beds, limited our options. This hotel is located in the Pratunam area, and you can drive right up to the entrance. However, with shops and stalls lining both sides, it gets incredibly congested with pedestrians and motorbikes, making it very difficult if there's oncoming traffic.

Everything you need is within easy reach. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Airport Rail Link Ratchaprarop station and about a 15-minute walk to CentralWorld.

The hotel has two buildings. We stayed in the older one. One bed had a fixed frame, while the other two had movable frames on wheels (they sagged a bit in the middle, probably because they weren't fixed). 

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower door felt broken. The hotel didn't provide toothbrushes or slippers. The shower gel and shampoo came in pump bottles. Our triple room wasn't facing the street, so it was quiet at night. The curtains didn't close completely. The room was proactively cleaned the next day.

There's a scale in the lobby for weighing luggage, which was convenient. There weren't enough power outlets for three people, and the Wi-Fi signal was poor.

It's decent for a three-star hotel.

I have extended my stay in this hotel multiple times. Everything waa fine apart from there is some issues with water drainage in the hotel shower. It feels like a common issue in Thailand, I have asked to fix. The matter came immediately try to fix but unfortunately next day it got even worth. Staff came immediately to clean after I requested. This is something case by case

It was an extension stay so my previous review remains the same. Checkout was smooth and without hassle, the service counter staffs were courteous 

Please improve the amenities such as toilet door unable to close, bathroom door is missing, and have more power points in the room.

Overall a good experience. Clean, friendly service. My flight arrived super early in the morning and they let me check in at 11 for no extra charge. Hotel is right in the thick of it in Nana which while interesting was also a bit annoying, as many people will approach you with varyingly shady propositions.

The room is quite spacious, but some cleanliness issues most notably the glass wall to the bathroom appears to be growing mold of some sort like a petri dish as it is made of double glass which is open at the top into the shower, and is therefore impossible to clean without taking out the whole panel.

They have a bar which seemed mostly occupied by middle age and up white men. They also have a pool, but I was unable to use it during my stay due to the jet lag.

If I was in Sukhumvit again, I’d probably stay again for the price.

The room was clean, tidy, and very new. There's a small supermarket downstairs, and the surrounding area is great with a bustling street full of bars and shops. It's not far from major hotels and shopping districts, making it an ideal place to stay. There's also an elevator.

The hotel of location is great, you can walk to the beach and walking Street. many restaurants, massage shops and a 7-11 nearby. breakfast is great and with many food options. swimming pool was the highlight of my stay. rooms were spacious enough and clean. 
my stay could be a perfect if not the below issues:
WIFI signal was terrible! hotel staff couldn't fix the issue until I checked out. if I tried to use the internet far from the room door it was disconnecting. couldn't use the internet in my bed also. Hotel staff didn't even try to suggest me to change the room.
My room was on a lower floor, facing the street and a bar and also with a connecting door to the room next to me. I could hear the other room guests coughing and speaking on the phone. I could also hear people on the bar screaming at 2am.
In addition to that, another room near my room was under renovation. so I could hear sometimes construction noises. 
If the hotel staff were honest they at least should have told me before I checked in. 
some items were not maintained in the room. 
Overall it could a great experience maybe if my room was on another floor.

My friend and I stayed two nights in Pattaya, and overall, it was an experience with 'very distinct pros and cons.' It's suitable for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize convenience, but those with high expectations for quality should probably look elsewhere.

First, the location is absolutely fantastic! The hotel is in the heart of South Pattaya, just a few minutes' walk from Pattaya Beach. Songthaews (public pickup trucks) are readily available right outside, and there are 7-Elevens, restaurants, and massage parlors everywhere. It's super convenient for getting to Walking Street and the Pattaya Princess cruise. Coming back from a night out, you don't have to go out of your way, which I, as someone who loves exploring, really appreciated. Plus, there's free parking, which is a thoughtful touch for those driving, as there's no stress about finding a spot.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The variety was better than expected, with Thai fried noodles, curry, bread, and fruit, as well as some Indian-inspired dishes. The taste was decent, nothing spectacular, but it filled us up and offered good value for money. Some of the front desk staff were quite helpful, answering all our questions and even offering tips for exploring the area, so that experience was pretty good.

However, there were some significant downsides! The room's fixtures and fittings were severely outdated. We booked a room with a balcony, but the walls had mold stains, the towels looked old, and the floor felt a bit wobbly when you walked on it. The worst part was the terrible soundproofing; we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms and the street late at night, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The cleaning was also quite perfunctory; they only made the bed and emptied the trash daily, without properly wiping down surfaces or the floor. We even found a small bug in a corner, which was a bit off-putting.

The rooftop pool view was mediocre, and the water didn't look particularly clean, so we didn't really dare to swim. Also, the hotel is near the nightlife area, so the music was quite loud at night. I genuinely wouldn't recommend it for families with children.

In summary, for the price of 300-500 baht, the amenities are pretty standard. Its main advantages are the convenient location and ease of getting around, making it suitable for travelers who just need a place to crash and spend most of their day out exploring. If the hotel could improve the cleaning and soundproofing, the experience would be much better.

This is the second time I've stayed in this property but the previous time it was a Dusit  D2 property and I guess this property has changed hands and is now run by HEETON  concept and it's called Hotel Barraquda by HEETON 
It's a very spacious room and a very inviting pool to hang out with fellow travelers. 
Also a great place to do some laps and catch some rays. 

I have stayed in different types of hotels, worldwide, and I have to say that this hotel Barraquda needs a revamp. I think they have neglected in the maintainance part of this hotel, especially in the rooms 

in the room where I was assigned there was ￼a ”mildew or perhaps moldy” smell.
I give it a chance of hopefully that smell dissipating however, after two hours that smell was still looming around 

I then decided to inform them of  the situation citing reasons that this ”smell” could affect my lungs 

I requested for a room change ￼and that request was promptly acceded  to . 

The new room was not all that different as far as the smell was concerned ￼
However, it was not as looming as in the previous room. 
Overall, it was a pleasant day, especially with the very friendly staff all around ￼￼

The 1 bedroom deluxe suites are very spacious and excellent value for money.Reception staff, housekeepers and security are all very friendly.
Hard to find better value for money in Pattaya.

Nice hotel room with a nice view. Only downside was the parking space was quite small. Finding parking was difficult. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much.

The room was satisfactory— not too big, but certainly larger than those found in chain hotels. The location was lovely; however, the standard room we received had a view of the parking lot. Due to the wooden floors, we were able to hear other guests walking around quite easily. The sauna and steam facilities were enjoyable, but it would have been great to have a bit more menthol or some options to help eliminate the smell of sweat. Thank you for your attention to these details.
