Hotels in Wangjing Area, Beijing

This was a fantastic stay! The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk was responsive and provided excellent service. The surrounding area has all the amenities you could need, and it offers great value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. Highly recommend!

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. There are many traditional Beijing restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was comfortable with clean bedding. The breakfast was also delicious, and they even provided fruit upon check-in.

I really love the unique coffee-themed ambiance of James Joyce Coffetel; the lobby has a great vibe. The rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay in, with good soundproofing, allowing for a restful sleep. The staff are warm and attentive, and the surrounding amenities are complete, making it convenient for travel and dining. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.

Service: The front desk lady was exceptionally good, and all the staff were wonderful. Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and it's very close to the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. Environment: The environment is also great; it's very clean and comfortable.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed at NUO Hotel Beijing. We've been coming here every time we visit Beijing since my child was very young! This time, the front desk staff, Mina, upgraded our room and gave us complimentary executive breakfast on the 25th floor, which was much appreciated! The breakfast selection was small but exquisite, and the service was excellent. There are many kid-friendly attractions around NUO Hotel, and the pool is also very clean. Among hotels in Beijing at a similar price point, the location and value for money are top-notch. We booked a twin room this time, and they combined the beds into a super-king, just like at Universal NUO – a big thumbs up! One minor thing: the walls in room 2023 were a little dirty. Hopefully, they can tidy that up if they see this review.

Overall, it is value for money. It is on the third floor of shopping mall, very convenient. Even they don't speak English at all, they're very helpful and great at services. One thing, if you don't speak Chinese and arrive late after the Mall closed, do plan well in advance. I arrived 11:30 pm, and can't find the entrance, the main entrance of the Mall already closed, I asked most people nearby, nobody knows the hostel, nobody speaks English. Finally I got a Chinese man helping me talking with the receptionist on the phone and take me to the place. Note: Check in is on the floor 3A, a different floor.

Stayed for the fourth time. The mirror light is bad, and there is a corner that is bright. The door light is not bright, it feels like it is not bright, the room I stayed in last time is not bright, but the impact is not big. The worst thing is that I came back at 11 o'clock in the evening and the air conditioner was bad. When we came back, the boss was at the front desk and didn't tell us. After returning to the room, I found out and asked. It was said that there were Concorde problems in this piece. It was the circuit that was being repaired. Waiting until two o'clock, we were tired and sleepy, hot can't sleep, thinking about taking a shower, the water is not hot for a long time, it is getting smaller and smaller, and then came out to call the front desk, only to say that the hot water is the same line is also bad. I haven't said a word for more than two hours. We simply scrubbed it under the heat, but fortunately we didn't wash our hair. At almost three o'clock, we called and said that it was repaired. We packed up and went to bed. It was really tired and a very bad experience. Stayed a few times and it was good, this time it was very bad.
