KKatherine JVery comfortable hotel in a good location on the town square. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and an excellent rainfall shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late checkout which was fantastic as I was unwell. We would definitely choose to stay again

GGuest UserWhen we arrived at the hotel on the first night, the waiter asked if we had any requirements for the room. He was very friendly and arranged a quiet room according to our request. The room is new and big, the bathroom is spacious and has separate wet and dry areas, and the shower water is good. The overall experience is very good and I will choose it again next time. This hotel does a great job with its service.

GGuest UserThis hotel is beyond expectations! The rooms are spacious and bright, well equipped and very new. The service staff is kind and always smiles, making people feel at home. The location is also excellent, and the surrounding dining and entertainment are rich. The breakfast is varied and delicious. In short, this stay experience is very good, highly recommended to friends who are about to travel!

AAnonymous UserLet me talk about the good points first: the waiter was very enthusiastic and enthusiastically recommended a local travel agency to upgrade to an executive room for free, although I don’t know what the difference is other than the different floors. Experience the warm character of Northeastern people.
Let's make fun of it:
The sanitation and environment are relatively old, the maintenance is average, and the sofa has aged. The lighting is very dim. Service, I went downstairs to buy things at 10:30 in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and there were only a few lights in the lobby, and the light boxes in the hotel outside were turned off. The location is not good, there is no view outside the window, you can vaguely see a little river view. The floor drain of the shower was blocked, and it was in the shower room over the feet, so I washed my head in a hurry. There are a bunch of small bottles for spare parts, and the packaging looks very cheap. I brought it myself, but I didn't try it.
There is no free bathing ticket. The front desk told me that I can change into pajamas upstairs and take the elevator to take a bath for free washing. Of course, there is no locker. I really don't understand this operation.
Hope it gets better and better.
