The staff at the front desk are very professional, check-in is fast, smiles are kind, and reminds me of the hotel's services intimately. Especially to know that I boat car tired, take the initiative to hand over a cup of warm tea, this small detail is really warm heart!

GGuest UserI am very satisfied with the three-star hotel and the five-star service. The pillows are very clean. The pillows are very comfortable. Afternoon tea, milk tea, coffee, popcorn, well-equipped facilities, great decoration, nice ambient lighting, and automatic opening and closing curtains. It is also very close to the train station, very convenient. There is also an exclusive VIP group with an exclusive butler. You can also reserve invoices in advance and take them away in the morning. There is a power outage in the evening. After a short while, the housekeeper went to deal with it and gave me two bottles of drinks. Although I didn't take it away because I was anxious, I received it sincerely. I have never written such a review in so many words because the experience of this hotel is really good. It's a pity that I didn't have time in the end. I regret having breakfast. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Jiamusi. Finally, I will give a good review to the housekeeper lady No. 77😘

ZZhangbupangO_OVery satisfied with staying at this hotel on a business trip. The room was very clean, the sheets and quilts were quite new, and there was no smell of disinfectant. There were no water stains on the bathroom floor and corners, and there was no problem walking barefoot. The soundproofing is good, the door is almost not heard outside, the air conditioner is convenient to adjust the temperature, and I sleep well at night. The elevator also put small snacks and mineral water, and it can be seen that I am very careful in serving.
The restaurant on the second floor has a wide view by the window. The buffet has a very rich variety of dishes. I have to boast that this pig-killing dish is very authentic! The waiter had a good attitude. I saw that I was reading the document and took the initiative to add a cup of hot tea.
When checking out, the front desk sent disinfectant wipes and band-aides, these small details are very intimate. Next time I bring my parents to travel, I will choose here, very close to the ski resort and water park.

KKatherine JVery comfortable hotel in a good location on the town square. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and an excellent rainfall shower. Staff were very friendly and helpful and allowed us a late checkout which was fantastic as I was unwell. We would definitely choose to stay again

Kind and patient service
The location is very good. There are many bus stops nearby. RT-Mart Department Store is right next to it. It is very convenient to eat.
But...
I went to Yanjiang Park on the first day, walked for an afternoon, and went to the department store to eat at noon and evening.
The next day I went to Xipu Botanical Garden. It was very small. I walked very slowly. It took less than 2 hours to bend around and then went to Wanda Plaza to eat. In the afternoon, I went to Shuiyuan Mountain. It was a children's playground. It came out in a few minutes.
On the third day, I was going to Sifeng Mountain. There was a reservoir. Maybe there were special birds or to see if there was a travel agency. I didn’t find it for a day. I bought a ticket to Mudanjiang, so I went to Mudanjiang early in the morning and prepared to go to Jingbo Lake.

AAnonymous UserLet me talk about the good points first: the waiter was very enthusiastic and enthusiastically recommended a local travel agency to upgrade to an executive room for free, although I don’t know what the difference is other than the different floors. Experience the warm character of Northeastern people.
Let's make fun of it:
The sanitation and environment are relatively old, the maintenance is average, and the sofa has aged. The lighting is very dim. Service, I went downstairs to buy things at 10:30 in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and there were only a few lights in the lobby, and the light boxes in the hotel outside were turned off. The location is not good, there is no view outside the window, you can vaguely see a little river view. The floor drain of the shower was blocked, and it was in the shower room over the feet, so I washed my head in a hurry. There are a bunch of small bottles for spare parts, and the packaging looks very cheap. I brought it myself, but I didn't try it.
There is no free bathing ticket. The front desk told me that I can change into pajamas upstairs and take the elevator to take a bath for free washing. Of course, there is no locker. I really don't understand this operation.
Hope it gets better and better.
