AAnonymous UserIt was really clean and nice because it was newly built.
The location is right next to Jakcheonjeong Valley, so it's good to come up and rest after playing in the valley.
There are convenience stores and some restaurants nearby.
I used a room with a Hinoi bath, and it was nice to take a half-body bath in warm water while smelling the scent of the trees.
However, if I had to pick a downside, it was that the room was small.
I was a little surprised because the room was much smaller than it looked in the picture.
It felt a little expensive because I'm a college student, but overall, I was satisfied.
As a side note, I could hear sounds from other rooms in the hallway. It seems like the soundproofing isn't very good.
GGuest UserThe staff was friendly and the rooms were clean
The toilet smells like a lot of stench.
The smell of sewers keeps coming up and the water pressure looks a little weak.
You can't use it if you don't close the door of the fire room.
Hot water doesn't come out well!
I want to come out for a while, but it was too cold to use in winter.
It was clean and nice except for the bathroom.
And the room slippers looked strange (!). It's very uncomfortable. You'll know if you go.
GGuest UserThere were only two slippers for a 3-person reservation, so I asked for the guest room slippers, and they delivered them to my room in less than 10 minutes~~^^ On top of that, they even gave me extra towels that I didn't even ask for~~ I give the staff a thumbs up for their sense~!!ㅎ
Since the pool was included in the price, I went swimming in the morning and had a relaxing vacation~
It's a shame that there are no pictures..
I plan to visit again next time I travel to Ulsan^^
JJemu KuromiWe enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. I asked for a high floor and they gave me one. The hotel staffs were nice and fluent in English so we had no problem communicating. But what we liked the most was the breakfast. It’s a buffet so it has a variety of food to choose from. We didn’t find it lacking unlike other hotels who have buffet for breakfast. Overall this hotel is a great place to stay. Will book again in the future:)
GGuest UserFirst of all, it didn't smell like a bad motel, so it was nice when I first entered the room. However, there was a blood stain on the bed sheet, which was not pleasant. It looked like it had been washed, but it looked like a stain that wouldn't come off.
GGuest UserLike the style of the hotel, the bathroom is spacious, there is a big bathtub, walk for a day, return to the hotel to take a hot bath, fatigue is all gone. The bed is very good to sleep, only the light in the room is slightly dim, but not every room is like this. There is emart nearby to buy things at night.
ろろくはIt took about 30 minutes by taxi from Busan Station.
I asked for a taxi at the hotel on my way home, but I couldn't catch a taxi because it was past 22:30. The hotel contacted me many times and was helpful.
GGuest UserIt was neat and satisfactory. I think I will use it often on business trips. Parking was easy and a little aging, but it was comfortable. Satisfied.
로로로미The hotel suite was spacious and nice, but there were cigarette butts behind the whirlpool bathtub. The only downside was that the area under the shower room wall tiles was not properly maintained and I wish they had provided disposable slippers. The bedding was really comfortable and nice. When I booked, Trip.com said it offered late checkout, so I booked through Trip.com, even though it was more expensive than A*da. The hotel didn't post the promotion themselves, but Trip.com did, so we weren't aware of it and said they could offer it for a fee, but they couldn't help with a free one.
Last summer, when I went to Japan, they had a special room promotion when I booked a ryokan. But when I got there, they told me it was a different, smaller room than the one I booked. They told me it was Trip.com that was responsible for the promotion, but we were the ones who sold this room. They told me to talk to Trip.com. Since we didn't speak the language and they were an elderly Japanese couple, we didn't bother to bother.
We didn't leave a review, but after experiencing the same situation this time, I realized it was Trip.com's way of attracting customers. I won't be fooled a third time. I'll never book with Trip.com again.
For those who book based on reviews, there's no free late checkout. It's not possible.
Don't trust Trip.com's promotions when you book other hotels, either.
