Manxin Hotel Hotels in Chengdu

The hotel is conveniently located near Chunxi Road Metro Station, and Tianfu Square is within walking distance. Chunxi Road Pedestrian Street is just across the road. We received a free room upgrade. The hygiene and environment were excellent, the bottled water was tasty, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Despite being on a main street, there was no noise issue. Everything was great, except for a slight musty smell from the air conditioning if left on for too long.

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, including a Xiaodu voice control system. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and considerate, greeting us warmly every time we left or returned, offering warm tea and water, making us feel right at home. The housekeeping lady was particularly memorable; she had a very kind face and was always smiling. She sincerely greeted us every time we saw her in the hallway, and even helped call the elevator if we were near it, which was very heartwarming. The hotel's location was also excellent, very close to Metro Line 13, near Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Huanhuaxi Park, and only a five or six-minute walk from the Sichuan Museum. We stayed for five nights and had a very satisfying and unforgettable stay.

When visiting Chengdu, I chose the Manxin Mansion Du Fu Thatched Cottage, and my actual stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel is nestled beside Huanhua Creek, and as soon as you step through the gate, you're instantly cut off from the hustle and bustle of the street outside. The small courtyard, surrounded by lush greenery, creates a very healing atmosphere. It was incredibly convenient to return to the hotel to rest after exploring Du Fu Thatched Cottage. The room's cleanliness was meticulously maintained. Not only were the surfaces spotless, but the washbasin, corners, and crevices were all thoroughly cleaned, with no dust or odd smells. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent. It was quiet at night, allowing me to get a restful sleep after my travels. The staff had a good sense of boundaries; they responded quickly when needed and were genuinely kind and accommodating. Breakfast leaned more towards local home-style flavors. The freshly made noodles and 'chaoshou' (Sichuan wontons) were authentic and delicious. Hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruits were all abundant, and the ingredients were fresh. The restaurant environment was serene, without crowds, allowing for a leisurely breakfast. During my free time, strolling in the courtyard and enjoying the breeze was very pleasant. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or for a short stay. I would definitely prioritize staying here again when I return to Chengdu.

What impressed me most was how friendly and welcoming everyone was, from the front desk staff to the cleaning ladies! Also, the hotel offers a unique laundry service: just write your room number on your clothes, and the next day you'll find a bag of clean laundry hanging by your door. It was amazing not having to wash a mountain of clothes after getting home from my trip! 👍 Although the room wasn't huge, the facilities were quite new, and having the subway right outside was super convenient! Definitely a hotel worth recommending!

The room had excellent natural light, and the windows were well-sealed. The soundproofing was great; I couldn't hear any outside noise at night, which allowed for a very peaceful sleep. The service was also good, with prompt responses to my requests.

The rooms were impeccably clean, and the entire staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk, were incredibly dedicated and attentive. Even though it's a new hotel with some hardware still being completed, their prompt problem-solving and excellent management perfectly compensated for any shortcomings. I extended my stay and was very satisfied with everything. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. A big thanks again to the front desk for all their help. Even late at night, I saw them diligently at their posts. The hotel might consider providing them with chairs and throat lozenges – they really seem to work hard sometimes.

The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were very welcoming and helpful. Its location is fantastic, right at the start of Qintai Road, which has a park where many people dance. There's also a Sichuan Opera theater there, attracting quite a few tourists. At the other end of Qintai Road, you'll find Longsenyuan and Huangcheng Laoma Hotpot, both just a 5-minute walk away. Getting to Kuanzhai Alley from the hotel only takes about ten minutes on foot. The hotel breakfast was also good, offering local specialties like dandan noodles and chao shou (wontons).

An incredible stay experience! The hotel is spotless, cozy, and stylishly designed. The staff were friendly, attentive, and delivered thoughtful service. Its great location offers easy access to the area, with an abundance of fantastic food options right downstairs. The breakfast was varied, delicious, and updated daily with fresh choices. I took my children to travel to Chengdu, and my children searched the Manxin Hotel online. After checking in, the three of us, mother and son, were very satisfied. The hotel is very clean, and the service of the little brother and sister is also very good. The hotel has a laundry room and free shipping. We had breakfast, which was very rich, with a lot of varieties and delicious taste. When we go out to play every day, when we pass by the front desk, the lady at the front desk will give us a few bottles of water to remind us to drink more water when playing. We were also given souvenirs when we checked out. By the way, there’s also free coffee. When traveling to Chengdu, choose Manxin
