Our stay at Niccolo Chengdu was absolutely perfect from start to finish, and I must commend the two Welcome Ambassadors, Fairy and Rina. When we were discussing our needs before check-in, they were both incredibly meticulous and patient. They helped me pre-note my room type preference and arrival time, tried their best to arrange a high-floor room, and thoughtfully explained the check-in procedures and breakfast rules. Even before arriving, I felt completely at ease. Upon arrival, the reception was warm and courteous, and check-in was efficient and seamless. They proactively offered travel tips for IFS. When I had last-minute questions about an extra bed or amenities, they resolved everything promptly and properly – their response time was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was impeccable. Fairy and Rina's gentle, thoughtful, and perfectly attentive service truly added a warm touch to our trip. Their service was professional yet personable, definitely a huge plus. Next time I'm in Chengdu, this will still be my top choice, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
