The rooms are very clean. It's one of my top hotel choices when I travel, especially since I often visit Chunxi Road. It offers great value for money, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. Highly recommended! I really liked the front desk staff; their service attitude was excellent. 💕

Pudding Hotel is conveniently located, not far from the North Gate of Sichuan University's Wangjiang area, making getting around easy. The rooms, though small, were cozy and the beds were quite comfortable, providing a good rest. All necessary facilities were available and easy to use. The service was excellent, with staff readily available to assist. Overall, the hotel offered good comfort and was suitable for short trips or business trips. I would consider staying here again if I had the chance!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel allowed a 3 PM checkout, which was incredibly accommodating for us slow travelers – it meant we didn't have to rush, which was a huge relief. I accidentally left something behind, and the front desk contacted me immediately after finding it. They even took the initiative to pack it up and mail it back to me, which shows truly thoughtful and responsible service. All the staff were warm and friendly, and our room was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The hot water was great and available 24/7. Plus, the hotel has self-service laundry and dryers, so we didn't have to lug dirty clothes around – super convenient! This place offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in town!

It’s a great choice for this price. The location is really good, even if not directly next to a subway station. The room was well-cleaned. The staff is helpful (if you speak some Chinese especially). The room is rather small and the bathroom - a bit claustrophobic but for this price you can’t ask for much more and it must be one of the best deals in Chengdu.

I stayed here because of my flight early in the morning (7:55) so it is conviniently close to the airport (20 yuan for 15-min taxi ride). The lady at the reception helped arrange the taxi. The hotel is not noisy, I had a good night before departure, but it is far away from the main sights in Chengdu (45min by metro to downtown + 10 min walk to the metro station.

The room was very good and very clean. The attitude of the front desk was also very good. I also upgraded from windowless to windowless. I checked out at 2 pm. It was also close to nearby attractions. Good quality and cheap. If I come to Chengdu next time, I will continue to book. The receptionist was very helpful. Since I arrived in the evening and needed to print some documents for the next day, but the print shop was closed, the receptionist printed about 20 copies for me using their printer – a very thoughtful gesture. There's also a small supermarket downstairs, which is quite convenient for shopping. It seems a new hot pot restaurant has opened across the street (it was almost finished when I left). I'd like to try it next time I have the chance! 😃
