"The hotel's location is excellent. We ate near the Daizhou Confucian Temple and were quite tired from sightseeing, so we booked this hotel nearby. There's an internal parking lot in the back, making it very convenient to drive. The facilities inside are good; it has everything you need. Turning off the TV before bed took a lot of effort because the smart voice control could only turn the TV on, not off. It took me ages to find the power button on the TV itself to finally turn it off. Even more bizarrely, when I lay in bed ready to sleep, I kept smelling a strong odor of stinky feet. Completely baffled, I searched for a while and found a pair of smelly socks stuffed in the bedside table. It was truly an eye-opener. Late at night, the elderly and children were asleep, and I didn't want to disturb them by asking the front desk, so I took a picture as proof. Quite speechless."

"The hotel's biggest plus is its excellent location, but don't expect much from the facilities. The screen on our window was broken, and since our room backed right onto the mountain, we were too scared to open it at night for fear of critters visiting 😟. There was no fan or AC in the room either. Luckily, we had an early start to hike Yanmenguan and only slept a few hours, otherwise, it would have been stifling. The good thing is the hotel can arrange a car to take you to the scenic area early in the morning, which made for a great photo experience before the crowds arrived."
