I rarely leave reviews, but I just had to this time. My overall experience completely exceeded my expectations. I was initially a bit worried about the hotel's age, but it turned out to be really great, especially the cleanliness of the room – I was very satisfied. Also, for the three mornings I stayed, the breakfast menu was different every day, which truly surprised me, and I enjoyed all the dishes. When checking out, they even gave a thoughtful little gift. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center and just a few minutes walk from the subway. The room's cleanliness was also very good, and they definitely honored my request for a quiet room, so I slept really well.

Before this trip, I kept changing my hotel bookings, and with prices soaring in Dalian during late July, this Atour S hotel was the last one standing in the final selection, and it completely exceeded my expectations. Our family of six, from the elders to the little ones, all had a very comfortable experience. The hotel just recently opened, so the facilities are brand new. This time, our two elderly, two adults, and two children booked two Executive City View Suites and a Family Suite. The rooms were spacious enough, absolutely perfect for traveling with kids without feeling cramped. My husband and I are quite picky and light sleepers, and we were very satisfied with the bedding comfort. The kids had plenty of space to move around, and the breakfast spread was diverse enough to cater to everyone. There's also a laundry room and a gym, making it very convenient overall. The location in Donggang Business District is super convenient for reaching all the popular spots in Donggang. Restaurants like Xiding, Will Will, Longji Stonefish, and various internet-famous photo spots are all within walking distance. Xianshengsheng is right outside the door. When we got tired from walking, we could just head back to the hotel and relax. The staff we encountered were all enthusiastic and responsive, even offering water as we left. They were basically able to fulfill every request. Compared to many four-star hotels, this one really stands out in all aspects. Staying in a comfortable hotel truly enhances a trip, and I'll definitely consider Atour S for future travels to other cities.

It's a pleasant walk to the Russian Style Street, and the subway station is also very close, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions. The hotel is clean and elegant overall. The room was meticulously cleaned, and the bed had just the right firmness, ensuring a great night's sleep. The lobby offers complimentary tea, and the delivery robot that brings takeout to your room is a convenient touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, and check-in was efficient. Breakfast offered a good variety, and the freshly cooked noodles were delicious. It's a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, perfect for a good rest after a day of sightseeing. It's suitable for both leisure travel and short getaways. I highly recommend it – if you're coming to Dalian, this is the place to stay!

The cleanliness was exceptional; not a speck of dust in any corner. The towels were all sealed in plastic, which was a huge plus. The front desk staff seemed busy, but it was hard to tell what they were actually busy with. It took an unusually long time to check in, about 20 minutes. One person would ask me a question, then another, then a third, and then a fourth would bring me a small gift. They kept switching counters, and it seemed like everyone was juggling multiple tasks and other guests at the same time. My friend also took a long time to get a replacement key card. The parking area is quite large, and there's a charging station right at the entrance. After taking a taxi back to the hotel, several drivers immediately started charging their cars downstairs. Without a car, the location is just okay, as you need to take a taxi to get anywhere, usually 2-3 kilometers away. In the gym, only the treadmills were plugged in. The spin bikes and elliptical machines didn't have their power cords near them, so I'm not sure why they weren't usable.

Our stay started with a professional smile from the front desk. The staff on duty was exceptionally polite, very patient with guests, and provided truly professional service. The room was extremely clean and thoroughly tidied. There was plenty of drinking water available in the room. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, leaving us full and satisfied. The male manager is very good, the hotel facilities are very new, the decoration is simple and advanced, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the sound insulation effect is good. She proactively reviewed the CCTV footage from the lobby's public areas, repeatedly and carefully checking everything. She immediately contacted the cleaning and patrol staff to assist in the search, doing everything she could to help me find my lost item. Even in the middle of the night, when she could have been sleeping, she dedicated that time to helping me. She was like a good friend by my side! During the long wait, she stayed by my side, constantly reassuring me, offering warm water to ease my anxiety, and patiently listening to my concerns. She was gentle, meticulous, and incredibly dedicated throughout, never showing any impatience despite the trivial nature of the matter. Persistence paid off, and thanks to her tireless efforts, my precious charm was finally found. When the item was recovered, my heart was filled with emotion and gratitude. Afterward, she even thoughtfully reminded me to take good care of my belongings when traveling, a gentle detail that touched me deeply. In a cold and unfamiliar journey, the most precious thing isn't a perfect environment, but this genuine warmth and kindness from the heart. Atour's service is never just a mechanical process; it's a heartfelt empathy and a sincere, warm commitment to treating people well.
