Ibis Hotels in Dalian

This hotel is super easy to find and incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was so soft, I slept like a baby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was a breeze. The cleanliness was top-notch, and it's fantastic value for money. My stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommend!

This was my second time choosing this hotel for a layover because it's close to the airport. Last year's stay was great, the price was reasonable, and the receptionist was very friendly and attentive. This year, I booked a standard double room. When I arrived, the receptionist said the window was an interior view window facing the corridor. Since I need a window in my room, I asked how much an exterior view window would cost. I think booking directly through Ctrip usually costs an extra 40+ RMB. Of course, I didn't expect the hotel to upgrade for free, so I asked the receptionist how much extra it would cost. She looked at the computer screen with a calculating expression and said, ”Add 99 RMB.” I said, ”Oh? Isn't it only 40+ RMB?” Then they asked for my ID. I didn't say whether I needed it or not. Seeing that I didn't react, they didn't look at me, still looking at the screen, and said, ”Okay, here's 49 RMB.” I said, ”No need. The original room is fine.” This is supposed to be a proper hotel, but upgrading a room is like a free market? The TV remote was covered in a thick layer of dust, probably because it wasn't used often and the staff hadn't cleaned it properly. I pressed a button and the TV turned on, but then the remote stopped working. I opened the back cover and saw that the batteries were chewed up and bent out of shape – I wonder how long ago it was? Was it a previous guest or a staff member? My flight was at 7:30 the next day, so I asked the front desk for a 5:00 wake-up call. The receptionist was very responsible. The hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle service before 7:00, so I hailed a taxi outside the hotel. It was easy to get a taxi.

We had a short but very pleasant stay. The staff was supper attentive to the customers, the room was nice and did not smell of smoke, very comfortable mattress and silent aircon. Despite the window facing a shop lot by the main street, it was very quiet with no road noises. Strong water pressure in the shower, and also clean. The breakfast was typical Chinese menu, decent. All in all, it's a budget hotel and they keep a good standard of service.

The hotel is good, the environment is very good, and the disposable slippers are not very thin. The experience of staying here is very good. It is still a hotel under the Huazhu Club. I feel that I have stayed in a better hotel. The door is also very designed. Feeling, very cute and good-looking. The mineral water is from Nongfu Spring (free), great! There are also free jasmine tea bags, as well as water cups and kettles for boiling hot water. There are many lights in the room, which creates a great atmosphere for taking photos. The service staff are also very polite and professional. All in all, it was a perfect stay.

This Ibis seems to be the newest, with a great environment and is very stylish! The front desk lady was very friendly and provided a refreshing drink. The hotel is very close to Wanda Plaza and Ansheng, so it is very convenient to order takeout. The room was really very clean, and the complimentary drip coffee was very good! Finally, I would like to praise the breakfast, which has many varieties, especially the clam noodles. It is so satisfying to eat a bowl in the morning! I will come again next time~
