The facilities are a bit older but clean. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and the freshly ground coffee is great. Adding breakfast for 89 RMB is really good value. Overall, the instant coffee in the room was a drawback, as I usually stay in places with capsule coffee machines. The underground parking garage is quite old and run-down, but at least parking is convenient and free. There are many small and large restaurants around the hotel, as well as a small ice sculpture museum with a slide, which my kids from the south absolutely loved. The 201 retro tram station is right downstairs, and Russian Style Street is within walking distance, making it very convenient for sightseeing. I also walked to and checked out Dongbei Lingdan Coffee, which was excellent.
