I was very satisfied with this stay. The lobby and guest rooms were very clean. The front desk service was attentive, patient, and thoughtful with guests. They checked the booking notes in advance and tried their best to meet requests. The room had good natural light, comfortable bedding, and convenient transportation. I'll prioritize staying here for future business trips.

The hotel is newly opened, so the facilities are all new and the cleanliness is quite good. However, the stay experience was not good. Those who are sensitive to humidity should think twice before staying here. 1. The room was extremely damp. The sheets felt slightly damp to the touch, and after a while, you felt sticky. I've stayed in beach hotels before where it wasn't damp. 2. The air conditioner didn't have a dehumidifying function. The staff said it could be turned on, but our room only had cooling and heating. 3. They said it was damp because there were no windows. In April, it was very cool outside, so it should have been drier without windows. We were there for an exam, and we don't know why it was so damp. We're also not sure if other rooms were like this. 4. When going upstairs, we pressed the button for the third floor in the elevator. The button lit up, but the elevator didn't move, and the doors were closed. Pressing it again had no effect. Then we reopened the doors and swiped our elevator card, and it worked. When we came back after going out for dinner, the elevator was broken and under repair. It was quite frightening. Overall, the cleanliness was acceptable. Those who can tolerate dampness can stay here. Everything else was fine.
