Yuemeng Hotels in Dalian

The room was very spacious; we booked a family room, and it was clean and tidy with fairly comprehensive amenities. The staff were very enthusiastic. Right outside the hotel, there are plenty of dining options, making it quite lively. It's about a 10-minute walk to Golden Pebble Beach. For Discoveryland, we took a taxi for 10 yuan, which was more convenient and cost-effective than driving. There was plenty of hot water, and in the evening, we could see the Eye of Dalian and fireworks from downstairs while having dinner. I'd highly recommend it.

The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping was diligent. I even left a t-shirt behind, and they called to ask if I wanted it mailed back. The service was excellent. The front desk even had small gifts and popsicles for kids. The location was convenient, with a morning market nearby, making it easy to buy things. There were also plenty of restaurants and street food stalls around. Although my child didn't take to Dalian seafood due to taste preferences, they absolutely loved the BBQ! The large cherries were incredibly sweet; I bought three boxes before my flight home.

The hotel's location is walking distance to the airport although the traffic path is not suitable for walking pedestrians and can be chiaos in the busy hours. The hotel sanitary is ok but the sound proof is nearly zero, you can hear at midnight there are people walking around and trying to open doors with alarm sounds for nearly 10 mins. Shower is almost cold and water is flooded in the shower after 5 mins, it's not the best choice if there are other places I can choose to fly at 6am in the morning.

This hotel is incredibly clean and comfortable, with a wonderfully elegant atmosphere. For the price, it far exceeded my expectations. Especially after the room upgrade to room 101 on the basement level – it was spacious, cozy, and so quiet, truly a sleeper's paradise. From the complimentary tremella and red date porridge delivered daily to the warm, attentive, and meticulous service from the front desk staff, every detail reflects the hotel's exceptional quality.

The room is clean and tidy. The only drawback is that there is no heating in the room. The air conditioner needs to be turned on for a while before the room becomes hot.

Two male staff members were unbelievably rude. They inexplicably told us to deal with the problem ourselves, which we recorded – every word of it. The restaurant next to our room was so noisy at 2:00 AM that we couldn't sleep. Three people were involved in trying to resolve the issue: a restaurant staff member and two front desk staff members, both male. They claimed it was useless for them to talk to the noisy guests and told us, the customers, to communicate with them ourselves. Those two male staff members were less proactive than a young female colleague who actually went to talk to the noisy guests. The main point is, one of those male staff members, in particular, really needs to improve his attitude. You even have negative reviews because of staff attitudes. Especially those two men, why were they standing there with their hands in their pockets, looking at us sideways? Throughout the whole situation, we didn't argue or use any foul language, but the staff's attitude was exceptionally poor. They acted as if we deserved to be woken up by the noise. If that's the case, why are we even staying at your hotel? Is this not the most sincere attitude you can offer? If you're a light sleeper, you might want to reconsider this place; it's not soundproof.
