"Couldn't recommend this hotel more... We stayed in the MUSSET room, which was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Every person was very friendly, kind and accommodating. Happy to go above and beyond for their guests. We didn't take advantage of the spa facilities, but even having a drink outside was very relaxing in the very well cared for grounds. Restaurants on site had lovely food so no need to venture out. Rooms and food were all very reasonably priced. 10/10 would return"

"Room without a window handle, so impossible to open; filthy floor and bathroom; no one at reception from morning till night, so it was impossible to change rooms. Breakfast at 9 am: there were two pieces of stale bread and three madeleines left. The breakfast staff were extremely unpleasant (if you were lucky enough to encounter them, because the hotel looks abandoned) and they asked me to pay for breakfast in cash… not good! For a hotel that boasts 24-hour service, the reception is actually closed 24/7… In short, avoid this place."

"Beautiful look, disappointing organization The hotel first convinces with a dreamy location, modern atmosphere and very friendly staff. Unfortunately, this positive impression has been overshadowed by many organizational problems: long response times, incorrect bookings, contradictory information and subsequent amendments to already confirmed agreements after the expiry of the Free cancellation period. Also in the brasserie there were deficiencies – dirty glass, false wine and food that did not meet our expectations. The gourmet restaurant and the sommelier were very good, but could not compensate the generally disappointing impression. In general, price and performance are not in line with the high demand of the house. Sorry – We were happy to have a special stay due to the many positive reviews."

"Interesting hotel near the train station, walking distance to major shops and restaurants. This is a boutique hotel, completely renovated with very few staff. I would say this is a self serve kind of a hotel. Once we entered we were greeted by a lovely lady who checked us in. We then took our luggage and went to our room which was nice and spacious for a European hotel. The bathroom was a bit tight, it had a nice shower head, a small sink and there was not enough space to put your toiletries. The hotel does not have a staff at the front desk after 11 P.M. We were given a code to enter the hotel since it stays locked. This is the one aspect that I did not like. Also you cannot have lunch or dinner at this hotel. The self serve breakfast buffet situated in a cute setting was very good. Plenty to choose from and very clean. Overall it was ok, I personally like service and a hotel with full amenities. I will not stay here however I still give it my GoldnAdvice seal of approval. Some people might like this kind of a hotel."
