"Excellent hotel, the rooms have been recently renovated. Impeccable cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, with a wide choice (sweet and savory) and organic and local products: bread, pastries, cakes (lemon, chocolate muffins, madeleines, brioche ...), crepes and pancakes, maple syrup, honey from a local beekeeper, jams from a local producer, organic chocolate/hazelnut spread without palm oil from the "Nocciolatta" brand, fromage blanc, compote, apple juice and apricot nectar from a local producer, dried fruits, fresh fruit salad; varied and extensive savory buffet: various cheeses, raw and cooked ham ... Free and secure parking (closed at night). Ideal location for the crocodile farm: hotel located in a small industrial area, 5 minutes by car and 10-15 minutes on foot from the Crocodile Farm. "Great hotel that is pet friendly. Needed a place travelling north. Off the motorway, had covered parking and was accepting pets. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decent size bathroom with shower. They offered a pet fee but included a goody bag with poo bags, a toy rope and chew bone."

"OUTSTANDING hotel, location, staff, services, breakfast and restaurant. Everything was superb. The rooms and bathroom are Extremely clean and neat. There is a welcome gift and water provided. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. The staff are top notch - friendly, helpful with 5 star service. Daily breakfast is over the top, a big buffet with so many choices and all fresh. Location also great, 15 minute walk into the village of Grignan with restaurants, shops and the castle with so much history from the middle ages. Onsite parking was easy and convenient. Highly recommend. We will definately return. "

"This hotel in the charming village of Grignan is actually my favourite hotel in the world. I've been coming here for years, and each time the experience gets better and better. The original hotel with it's elegant rooms and beautiful gardens make you feel transported to another world, and the new addition and renovation of the old farmhouse Chapouton which is only a few minutes walk is another creation extraordinaire! The two restaurants - the Bistro (SO great!) and the Michelin star restaurant (Which is beyond AMAZING and should definitely be on your bucket list!!) is only surpassed by the hotel staff. They are so kind and professional and always there to make sure your experience is one to remember. So many hotels strive for excellence, but this one truly delivers, and I look forward to next year's visit!! A very happy customer, Barbara (United Kingdom)"
