I have stayed here 3 times. The first 2 times were just OK, and I didn't feel much. This time, because the clothes in the dryer could not be taken out, it was past the check-out time. I communicated with the hotel to check out later, but the hotel asked us to leave immediately, saying that the clothes would be dried by then and asked us to get them ourselves. I would like to ask if the hotel will reimburse the air tickets for flying back and forth for dozens of hours to get a piece of clothing? In addition, this time I stayed with my elderly for 5 nights, and there was no heating in the room every day. From the communication of check-in to check-out, the hotel did not change the room. The attitude was extremely bad! ! ! ! I strongly do not recommend it! ! ! !

The hotel service is very good, the facilities in the room are very complete, almost everything you can think of is provided, very convenient, in such an old building converted into a hotel, it is almost a perfect experience. I checked in very late, the hotel specially left staff to assist me in the check-in procedures, the hotel provided free coffee which was also very delicious. A very pleasant stay experience.
