"Good location in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from the tram station with direct access to both the city and the airport. We were able to drop off our luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. We were also upgraded to a room with a private internal bathroom, which was a nice surprise. Overall, a great and affordable option for a private stay in Edinburgh. Highly recommended for budget travelers."

"It is about a 15-minute bus ride from the city center, so it may be inconvenient if you want to leave your luggage and go sightseeing. There are multiple bus routes, so waiting times were not particularly inconvenient. The hotel does not have a reception, and there is only one management staff member during the day, and after you are given your key at check-in, you are free to do as you please. I thought the hotel was suitable for a trip where you just want to stay. The room was old, but the fabric was clean and the bed was not too soft, but comfortable to sleep on. The shower door was not fitted to the correct size, so the shower water leaked into the toilet. We had to think about how to turn the shower so that it would not leak. The surrounding area is a high-class, quiet residential area, and if you take a walk in the spring flowers bloom, you can enjoy the gardens of each house."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Guests have access to a spacious kitchen, which was a great bonus. During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised with a gift from the hotel, adding a special touch to our holiday."
