The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of the Royal Mile, with windows overlooking the church. A crucial tip for arrival: from the train station, definitely avoid the stairs and take the main road instead; it's about an 8-minute walk. The kitchen and washing machine are fully equipped, great for preparing your own tasty meals. The bedding was excellent, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The only minor point was the slightly low shower pressure, but that's often to be expected in an older building.

The aparthotel was in a great central location only a walk away from many attractions such as Holyrood palace, arthur's seat, Edinburgh castle etc. It is off the royal mile. There are restaurants at your door stop such as chef bako where I tried a nice street style burger and fried mars bar. The check in was easy. They provide all the ncessary cutlery, there was some milk, tea, sugar coffeez salt and pepper available in the room. You can have daily room cleaning and can also do own laundry as there was a washing machine in the room. It is quiet and not in a noisey location. Negatives: I would say the set up of the toilet wasn't the best in terms of the radiator was really close to the toilet seat so if you were a larger person, you wouldn't comfortably be able to sit on the toilet seat. There weren't any hooks on the toilet door to hand towels. No shower holders in the shower to put shampoo or soap etc. The headboard rest isn”t needed as shortens the length of the bed so your feet come off the end of the bed. These rests are not detachable. Overall with a few adjustments in the room it would be better but I would stay there again because of the location.

Traveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden. The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly. An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!

Stayed in this place for two nights, the first night used room 1b, very good, then this is the superior room on the 3rd floor, the door of room 8 is facing the elevator kitchenette, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., the window is just facing the street, if the design of this room can put the living room and the location of the room For a change, it is perfect. The bathroom in the superior room is not as big as 1b. Relatively speaking, I prefer 1b. The location is very good and it is very convenient to various attractions. Fantastic! They must have upgraded us because the experience was amazing. The whole place was large and new, and the apartment-style setup was incredibly well-equipped, making it feel just like home. The service was top-notch, truly touching. The hotel's location is superb, with supermarkets nearby, and it's a safe area. A quick heads-up: when using navigation (especially Baidu or Gaode Maps from China), **do not** take West Maitland Road. It's a fast lane and not meant for pedestrians or regular traffic. Instead, you can set your intermediate destination to Heymarket Station (train station) to avoid this incorrect route.

This is an apartment-style hotel, and this is my first time booking this type of hotel; it seems quite common abroad. Check your email beforehand; theoretically, staff are only available from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you can't arrive before 4 PM, call ahead to get the room code. Once you have the code, you can check in directly. The room is fairly spacious, with two bedrooms (not very big), two double beds, and a fairly spacious bathroom. The kitchen has almost all the necessary utensils and tableware, suitable for families traveling together and cooking their own meals. The location is very central, near Princes Street, and the castle is right outside the door. There's a place nearby where things are sold at very high prices; it's better to shop at a large supermarket. I forgot to take pictures.

Because there is a disco nearby, drunk people kept talking loudly on the street from 11pm to 3:00am. The room glass is not double-glazed, so it feels like being on the street. At 6am the garbage trucks were making a lot of noise when they were dumping garbage. Basically, if it wasn’t so noisy that I only slept for two hours on the first night, I would have definitely not been able to sleep at all the second night. The hotel provided ear plugs but they did not help at all. Hope they can switch the windows to soundproof glass. The location is excellent, and the facilities and cleanliness are acceptable. The biggest issue is the excessive noise after 11 PM. The nearby disco and nightclub open til 3:00am. from 11 PM to 3 AM, with drunk people talking loudly on the street. The room windows are not double-glazed, so it feels as if you are right on the street. At 6 AM, the garbage truck adds to the noise while collecting trash. Basically, if I hadn’t only slept for two hours due to the noise on the first night, there would have been no way to sleep at all on the second night. The hotel provides earplugs, but they are completely ineffective. I hope they can replace the windows with soundproof glass.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stayed at Stewart by Heeton Concept for 2 days and I would absolutely love to come back in the future! The apartment was spotless — no dust, no bed bugs, fresh clean bedsheets, and a tidy washroom. Everything was well-maintained and made for a really comfortable stay. It truly felt like a great place to relax and unwind. The only two things I’d mention as areas for improvement: the check-out time of 10:30 AM felt a little early, and a few basic toiletry amenities like toothpaste, a toothbrush, and slippers were missing. Everything else was provided and well-stocked. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended. Will definitely be returning! 😊
