This is our 2nd time stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately this time we didn't get the ROOM#203. We were assigned to room very groomy then changed to room601 then finally to 604, thanks to Ms Joe, she is very attentive & helpful on Christmas eve. Breakfast started really late at 8.30am , but the staffs are very attentive & caring. To enjoy this hotel next time I must request.to BoOk Room 203 again

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the Royal Mile – the location is absolutely superb! It's just an 8-minute walk from the train station. Be aware that there are some steps along the route, which might be a bit of a workout if you're carrying heavy suitcases.
It's a very family-friendly hotel. The bedroom has a large bed, and the living room sofa converts into a double bed, comfortably accommodating two adults and two children. Our room was incredibly clean, newly renovated, and surprisingly quiet. Even though the Royal Mile is bustling with street performers and activities, we couldn't hear any noise from our room at all.
Having amenities like a washing machine and oven in the room was a huge plus. Just a note: toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers aren't provided as standard. We brought our own dental kit, so we only needed to ask the front desk for slippers.
Breakfast is served à la carte; you order what you like, and top-ups are available if you're still hungry. Edinburgh Castle is a mere 5-minute walk to the right from the hotel's entrance, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby – incredibly convenient!

Guest UserThe room was supposedly upgraded to the 4th floor, but upon entering, I found the bathroom was designed for accessibility. The sink was very small and low, and there was no shower curb, so water easily spilled everywhere.
The room itself was spacious enough, with kitchen appliances like a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator, making it convenient to buy bread and milk from the supermarket for breakfast. However, there was no washing machine. I asked the front desk and was pleasantly surprised to hear that laundry service was free, and it would take about 4 hours to wash and dry. This solved a major problem for me. It would be great if they could add a few more towel racks in the bathroom.

CANThe hotel location is very good, very close to Edinburgh Castle and Princes Street, it is a little far away from Royal Mile Street, but can be reached on foot, the town is very suitable for walking.
The hotel implements unmanned management, and you can open the door and the room door yourself according to the password you check in. We are a family of 5 staying with children and living suites. The rooms are large and clean and well-equipped. You can cook your own meals. Tableware and pots are fully equipped (but I do n’t see a microwave). We are accustomed to the British diet. The house even provides equipment such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines, which is in line with our home habits.
The price is slightly higher, but for the case of five of us, it is still a lot more cost-effective than booking two single rooms, especially it is really good to be able to cook by ourselves.
In particular, we need to remind everyone that the hotel will send you an email 7 days and 1 day before the check-in, which will contain the room number and password for the check-in. If you booked on Ctrip, because they may have booked through other channels, the reserved mailbox is not ours, we cannot receive the mail, we must contact Ctrip customer service one day in advance, get this information, and then Can stay. Because the apartment is unmanned, it will be inconvenient to communicate if there is a temporary problem.

Stayed in this place for two nights, the first night used room 1b, very good, then this is the superior room on the 3rd floor, the door of room 8 is facing the elevator kitchenette, there is a dishwasher, refrigerator, etc., the window is just facing the street, if the design of this room can put the living room and the location of the room For a change, it is perfect. The bathroom in the superior room is not as big as 1b. Relatively speaking, I prefer 1b. The location is very good and it is very convenient to various attractions. Overall, give a sincere five-star praise.

Calvin.311The service was truly exceptional. My first stay was in Manchester, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was fantastic. My girlfriend and I really enjoyed it. So, when we saw that this apartment was available in Edinburgh as well, we didn’t hesitate to book it.🤩The Edinburgh Castle can be seen from the hotel’s entrance, and the street scene next to the hotel is also quite beautiful.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again if I have the chance.

This is an apartment-style hotel, and this is my first time booking this type of hotel; it seems quite common abroad. Check your email beforehand; theoretically, staff are only available from 9 AM to 4 PM. If you can't arrive before 4 PM, call ahead to get the room code.
Once you have the code, you can check in directly. The room is fairly spacious, with two bedrooms (not very big), two double beds, and a fairly spacious bathroom. The kitchen has almost all the necessary utensils and tableware, suitable for families traveling together and cooking their own meals.
The location is very central, near Princes Street, and the castle is right outside the door.
There's a place nearby where things are sold at very high prices; it's better to shop at a large supermarket.
I forgot to take pictures.

Hotel location is good, it is also very easy to find, 700 meters from the train station, 650 from the airport line, 200 meters from Prince Street. There are many facilities in the room, which is very suitable for cooking by yourself. The hotel will send the password of the door and the password of the box with the door key at the door to the email address, and you can check in by yourself, which is very convenient. Recommended!

Facilities: No elevator! All luggage needs to be carried up the stairs by yourself
The room is quite large. The bathroom is semi-dry and wet separated. There is a partition between the faucet and the shower. There is a kitchen but not many tableware. There are only one or two bowls. The electric kettle is not very clean. The bathroom shower room is a bit old. I saw small insects crawling on the floor at night.
Environment: It is quite quiet. It is about 20 minutes walk from Prince Street, Edinburgh. If it is not cold, it is also nice to walk and see the street view. There are many buses around. It takes less than half an hour to take a taxi to Waverly Station without traffic jams.
