MMhsnHonestly beside the location(most famous street in Edinburgh) the hotel is overally overrated, for example, there is not any shade for terrace for raining times, the room was very small, the livrary always full of members cause there were just about six or seven seats to sit, I think that you can find a better hotel in Edinburgh with this price

GGuest UserThe hotel has a strategic location, very close to all the major attractions in Edinburgh, within walking distance. The facilities are also very complete, and you can also cook yourself. It is really friendly for those of us who are not used to Western food. You can also taste fresh beer for free on the day of check-in. We checked out at 5:30 in the morning, and the hotel also asked us to prepare a portable breakfast. The service was considerate. Stayed for two nights in total and had a great experience!

OOllieSmithLovely hotel with a really nice vibe. Beds are so comfy. Nice showers and luxury toiletries. Great amenities with snacks, coffee machine, local filter coffee etc in room.
Staff are great and very friendly. Happy hour from 5 to 6pm with free drinks in the bar. Lovely coffee from the conservatory bar. Great selection at breakfast.
All the staff are what makes the hotel so good. Really positive attitudes and always friendly.
Highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserLocation is close to Airport, good view of airport from rooms. Hotel does not provide shuttle but well connected by public transport. Room size is good and nearby coop supermarket also there. Overall good option for budget travellers. See the rainbow from our room, best experience.
