"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent. Literally very near everywhere… walking distance to most places. Laundry available on location for a very affordable price… I would definitely come back here again when back in Edinburgh and would recommend it to anyone"

"Reception staff were very helpful on check in. It’s student accommodation out of season so room was not hugely inspiring. Good shower. Mattress a little on the springy side but after 25000 steps it didn’t take long to get to sleep. Quite warm in the room but having come down from northern Scotland that might be us!"
