It is within a 10-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Station, and if you take the tram from Santa Maria Novella and get off two stops later, it's less than a minute's walk from there. There are also bus stops nearby for the C2 and C3 lines to the city, which was very convenient.

The facilities are excellent and very new. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Housekeeping is provided daily, and the room is cleaned thoroughly. They even help tidy up personal items that are left out. The hotel staff are friendly. Upon check-in, they helped bring my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to the room's amenities. I really liked that the room has a desk, similar to a vanity, with a mirror on the wall which is convenient for putting on makeup and can also be used as a workspace. There are cooking facilities, including a very sensitive and easy-to-use induction hob, as well as a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, and kettle – the equipment is comprehensive. The location is a bit far out, but most city center attractions are reachable within a 20-minute walk along the river. Public transport, like buses and trams, is also available, so overall, it's acceptable.

From the pluses - the number is large, near the station, beautiful luster, high ceilings. The downsides are no refrigerator, no safe, very tiny shower cabin with broken doors. Washing in the toilet is very inconvenient, pump type, requires numerous presses. Staff either doesn't speak English or speaks very badly. Respeshen works from 8.00 to 14.00. We arrived later, I had to call and by phone agree that we should have a code for the login, because the code specified in the booking was completely unsuitable. The administrator demanded a repayment of the room (we extended one night with online payment). The city tax for this number is strongly and unjustified. Breakfast is very scarce: coffee, chips and cheap snowflakes.

The location is good near Florence Station, but the neighborhood is quiet, so there is a distance from the supermarket. The counter service is good and the breakfast in the restaurant upstairs is delicious. The room is spacious and comfortable, the top floor has a good view and you can overlook the Dome of the Baihua Cathedral. It is a good choice for accommodation in downtown Florence!

The hotel is right next to the U.S. Embassy, so it is a safe area, a bit far from the historical center, 20-30 minutes walk, the lobby is very beautiful. The swimming pool on the top floor is not big, so you can enter the water a little bit and relax while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast is rich, American or Continental, there are several huge coffee machines, there are many kinds of savory, croissants, bread or sweets. All in all I highly recommend, the price is cheap, the quality is impeccable, I will definitely come back!

Very pleasantly surprised hotel! The location is excellent, close to the American Consulate in Fei Leng Cui and the river. The hotel is in the rental part of a villa. There are not many rooms, but they are all large, with high ceilings and murals, just like in an old castle. The service staff are friendly and responsive. The breakfast room is also very cultural, the food is a la carte, cooked to order, tastes good, and the waiters are very friendly. Parking is also available, but you have to pay a parking fee of 30 euros per day, and the hotel staff will help you park in a nearby parking lot. This is the most comfortable hotel in our trip to Italy.
