I was here for a concert, and they were playing our 'second brother's' (Wang Leehom's) songs in the hallway, which was a nice touch! The front desk staff were really enthusiastic, and I ended up having some unexpected and great experiences. The room was spacious, smelled fresh, and was very quiet thanks to the excellent soundproofing.

When visiting Xiqiao, I chose the Kyriad Qianguqing Hotel, and its location is truly a major advantage. It's a quick drive to both Qianguqing and Mount Xiqiao. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very soundly. The front desk staff were friendly and gentle. There are a ton of restaurants and dim sum places nearby, making it convenient for both getting around and dining. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again next time I'm in the area.

I found the service staff to be average and not particularly friendly. While I appreciated the attention and care of the housekeeping staff, I noticed that during housekeeping, items such as the toothbrush and room slippers were discarded even though they were still usable. It would be great if the hotel considered leaving reusable items in the room.

Facilities: Very perfect, with washing machine and dryer, very convenient. The hotel staff are also very enthusiastic.
