Pros: The front desk staff are very friendly and professional, handling various issues calmly and providing excellent service. The information about nearby supermarkets and night markets is very accurate, helping us easily discover local night markets and adding to our enjoyment. The hygiene standards are excellent, with clean and tidy rooms. The hotel offers 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. The breakfast is good, offering great value for money. The beds are very comfortable, allowing for a good rest. There are thoughtful small gifts, showing the hotel's attentiveness. Overall, the environment is non-smoking and very pleasant. Cons: The hotel is a bit far from the subway station, but there are shared bikes available at the entrance, making transportation somewhat convenient. However, the lighting around the area at night is somewhat dim, which may affect safety. The price can be a bit steep, but with available promotions and sales, it can definitely be a good deal.

Absolutely recommend this Hotel, I have stayed here three times now and can not wait to stay here again. The staff are great partially Tony Xie, he went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable. Great location, close to everything. Great facilities, great rooms. Highly recommended this hotel for everyone staying in Foshangood place!

Everything about the hotel was fine, but seriously, why is there no air conditioning when it's this hot? It was so incredibly hot, hot, hot. I already went to bed late last night, and then I woke up at 6 AM because of the heat. It was so hot, hot, hot, I felt like I was melting. It was so uncomfortable, like ants crawling all over me, just so incredibly hot, hot, hot, hot, hot… I was in despair. I just wanted to open the window because it was quite cool outside, but the window only opened about 5 cm. I was so desperate, I thought about opening the door, but the hallway outside had the heating on, and it was so hot, hot, hot, hot, I had no words for it. I felt so impulsive, I was so hot. I called the front desk, and the person there was very nice, but couldn't solve anything. They said their hotel simply doesn't have AC when the weather is like this. But I think, for at least a mid-range hotel, is it really reasonable not to have air conditioning? I went to Hubei a while ago, where the average temperature was single digits, and I didn't encounter any warnings about not being able to use AC in the room, because the room was just stuffy and hot; it felt like you couldn't live without AC… I was so hot, I was practically jumping up and down. So I made a decision that I'm now really glad about: I went down to the front desk. Yep, of course, the front desk couldn't solve the AC problem, but the front desk itself was so cool! I just quietly leaned on the marble counter at the front desk, my chest, my face, my arms. I tried to get as much of my body as possible touching the counter. It was so cool, so cool, I felt the temperature drop significantly right away. The front desk staff was pretty good too; she offered us some fruit, but fruit was no use to me; I was hot, not hungry! And I didn't want the fruit as compensation for being woken up at 6 AM by the heat and desperately trying to cool down… So I declined. But the front desk counter was genuinely so cool. When I came back, I felt much better, but I was also wide awake. It's past 7 AM now, and I still haven't slept because I opened the window for ventilation, but it's incredibly noisy outside. Even a pig wouldn't be able to go back to sleep. Finally, what I want to say is, I'm really, really hot….

I especially want to commend the cleanliness of the room; it was spotless and impeccable in every detail. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an excellent choice. The room was thoughtfully prepared, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, completely free from outside disturbances, guaranteeing a high-quality sleep. This stay truly made me feel 'at home,' and I highly recommend it to everyone! A truly perfect stay! The Ramada Hotel is impeccable, from its facilities to its service. The environment is great, and there's a river right next to the hotel with decent water quality. On hot days, you can go out in the evening for a refreshing walk. The food and scenery nearby are also excellent. If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend staying here.
