The food we were served was half-cold and not properly cooked, and the vegetables seemed frozen. Additionally, the service from the waiter was quite rude. "I visited this hotel as an external consultant and feel a responsibility to share my experience as a warning to future guests. Upon arrival, it was immediately clear that the place lacked professionalism and genuine hospitality. There was only one guest staying at the entire hotel, and aside from the receptionist – who did their best to maintain some level of service – the staff appeared indifferent and disengaged, mostly sitting around focused on their phones. The breakfast buffet was extremely poor and far below what one should expect from a hotel aiming to attract guests. The entire atmosphere felt sloppy and unambitious. Most concerning is that the hotel appears to be used more as a private hangout spot by the owner and their acquaintances than as a functioning hospitality business. Since my visit, I’ve learned that the hotel is up for sale, which could indicate financial instability – something that should raise red flags for potential visitors. My advice: Avoid booking rooms through platforms that require prepayment, and be cautious. In its current state, this hotel feels like a sinking ship."
