"I visited this hotel on a Monday, and it was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed completely disengaged, almost frozen in place, and customer service was nearly non-existent. The common areas were dusty and dirty, and friendliness and smiles were completely absent. The hotel’s website promises a fantastic experience, but reality was far from that. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want any kind of service or welcoming atmosphere."

"The apartment was perfectly adequate for the three of us and easily accessible from the village. Since it's in the car-free area, you can't drive there directly, and unfortunately, there was no parking space included in the rental. The apartment was clean, but a bit shabby."
