Weekend getaway with a newborn, and it was a fantastic experience! We contacted Mia in advance, and she kindly helped us set up a bed rail, which was so thoughtful. Everything from filling the private onsen to arranging a taxi was prompt and on-demand – truly commendable! The hot springs were incredibly relaxing, the environment was lovely, and the onsen center offered a great variety of options. Unfortunately, with a baby, we couldn't try everything, including the Thai-style makeup. We'll definitely be back!
