Echarm Hotels in Haikou

Everything including cleanliness and hotel service is good, this is the second time I have come and stay in this echarm hotel. Previously was last year in Nov 2025. Only thing I wish to feedback is breakfast can be improve, especially on the increase of breakfast types and to turn on the air-con during dinning during breakfast hours. Also should try to have more TV channels like HBO and TVB in the TV system.

I stayed at this hotel in Haikou on the evening of the 20th. It's been open for a while, but the room facilities are still in good working order and sufficient. The room was also quite clean and tidy. The hotel's overall environment is simple and pleasant, offering good value for money. The front desk service was very proactive and enthusiastic – they even asked for a good review, probably due to KPI targets. The breakfast was also quite tasty, with congee, noodles, and soup noodles. The flavor was decent. It's worth staying here.

This was the most comfortable and cost-effective hotel I've ever booked while traveling to Haikou. The pillows were the perfect height and firmness, and I didn't wake up with a sore neck. 🌟Environment: Fantastic! The amenities were clean and hygienic, and the room and lobby were both stunning! It was bright and modern. 🍳 I highly recommend the breakfast! It was delicious and plentiful! 💁🏼Service: The front desk lady was very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were smooth. 💁🏼Near Friendship Sunshine City and China World Trade Center, it's conveniently located for everything, perfect for both travel and business. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou.
