Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

We have a pleasant stay at Zhejiang Hotel. Super friendly services and best facilities. We would like to also give special thanks to Ms Yao Xiao Lan 尧小兰 for taking very good care of our room tidiness and cleanliness.

The price is cheap, the environment is good, and the location is good. It's near Hu Xueyan, and it's on a lively ancient street. But the main thing I recommend is their service. The store manager and the little sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic. Ask them many things, and they will try their best to help. I will also work hard to recommend them to others.

Location was super. We can walk to West lake, easy to call taxi, shoping areas etc. It was the same time with Asian games. Window is bad and we hear outer noises

The location and service are excellent, and the place is well-maintained with a pleasant breakfast spread. However, the air conditioning is fixed at 28 to 29 degrees Celsius, emitting warm air, and it cannot be adjusted. Despite partially opening the window, it doesn't effectively address the need for colder air, which may be bothersome for those who prefer a cooler environment for sleeping. Despite this air conditioning issue, it's still a worthwhile place to consider overall.

We are a family of 3 adults. The room size and beds ( 1 queen & 1 single) were perfect for our needs. It wasn’t a roll away bed, it was a proper single bed for the extra pax. And beddings were comfy and great. Room size was good… spacious enough to still provide a 2-seater sofa, and a single armchair. Coffee making, kettle of good quality. Bathroom shower was good, vanity top very good and even a spacious area for a bath tub. It was cold outside at 2 - 5 degrees, but it was warm and good inside. Breakfast was good and tasty. Coffee was good. We had dinner at their in-house restaurant, and good was great! Front desk staff was warm and very friendly, and provided much assistance to us in hiring taxis, and showing us how to get around. It made our day as getting around was super easy with the directions given by one of the senior female staff ( which unfortunately I did not manage to get her name). She was patient and super helpful. And housekeeping lady was equally warm and friendly. We had a lovely time here. We chose this location because it was only 15 minutes to Xixi Wetlands , which we wanted to visit and attend the night show : Jin Xi Gong Xixi. It was a beautiful performance, not to be missed. But they are closed for winter now. To get to West Lake, there is a Metro 450 m away and will take you pretty fast there.

Very good hotel. We chose a lake-view room but a bit smaller than a deluxe unit. Generally, the hotel is well-renovated, clealiness and housekeeping is good. Included breakfast spread is very good with western, japanese food and wide variety of chinese food. The hotel service is very good with front counter staff eager to serve. Location is very near to in77 Shopping and subway station(5mins walk) When we checkout at 6:15am, they had even packed breakfast for us which is very thoughful. Improvement: * Breakfast timings from 6:30-9:30am is a bit short. Ideally could have extended till 10:30am will be best. * One of the waitress could improve on her attitude instead of telling guests off and ignoring requests for fork and knife(they kept it in a drawer). The rest of waiter/waitresses are all good. * The moveable window could improve with better sound proof material * The room came with strong cigarette smell, we didn't change another room as we took an overnight flight to reach HZ.

Service was awesome. They prepared amenities for little kid as well. The location was fantastic as well, just about 20 meters away from the west lake. Our room was facing the west lake. The only downside was there were people smoke in the corridor where there was no-smoking sign.

Only 1 lift in the hotel. Some room are location very far away from the lift. Old facilities inside the room. Poor maintenance. Room make up upon request with the front desk, but they only clean the room bedsheets did not change.. front desk is nice and very helpful. A big group stay during my check in time, breakfast finished but some did not refill. Breakfast time is from 730 until 930, i reached at 8am most of the food is finished, refill later but only a part of it.

The hotel is very beautiful and the bed is very comfortable. The customer service also upgraded me to a room. You can see Leifeng Pagoda and West Lake outside the window. The West Lake is less than one kilometer away. I went out to take pictures of the morning scenery by the West Lake in the morning. The scenery is amazing 👍
