We had a wonderful stay. We were upgraded to a high-floor room with a great view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception and room service staff were always professional, friendly, and attentive. The hotel's location is excellent, with the metro station right outside the entrance, making it easy to visit attractions like Wulin Night Market and West Lake. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that there is no elevator from the metro exit to street level, so carrying luggage can be a little challenging.

The room was great, very quiet, and the transportation was quite convenient with a bus stop and shared bikes right outside. It's also very close to West Lake. My experience was excellent, and I'll definitely come back next time! 🥳

The hotel rooms are all on the 5th floor of Yongjin Plaza, which is a large, open-plan space with good decor. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transportation, and there are bikes available for rent right outside Yongjin Plaza. The value for money is quite high compared to other places nearby, and it's definitely recommended for its proximity to West Lake (just a 10-minute walk) which offers many great photo opportunities.

I decided on a whim to visit Hangzhou and booked this hotel last minute after getting off the high-speed train. The hotels I'd seen advertised on other platforms were all fully booked because of the summer holidays. I really wanted to explore Intime in77, and stumbled upon this place. It looked good, considering its age and location. It's not far from the high-speed train station, but the traffic heading into Hangzhou city center is always quite bad. The hotel's location is truly excellent. The front desk is on the 17th floor, and they upgraded my room. I could see the lively streets below, but the soundproofing was excellent. Since it was just a one-night, last-minute stay, I didn't get a chance to try the ready-to-eat food displayed outside the hotel; they all looked so delicious, and I'm still regretting missing out on that! The next day, I walked around Hubin Road, which was easily accessible on foot. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It's also not far from Southern Song Imperial Street, essentially located between the two attractions. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. However, when I left, both bellboys were distracted by another guest's questions and didn't help me with my luggage. The steps at the hotel entrance are quite small and a bit tricky to navigate. If I had to nitpick, the only other thing is that the under-mount sink in the bathroom had some mold, which should probably be addressed.

The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the bathroom facilities new and complete. Opening the window revealed a stunning mountain view that was incredibly therapeutic. The guesthouse is located in a quiet and secluded spot, yet it's within walking distance to the West Lake scenic area, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation. The host's service was meticulous and thoughtful; they proactively shared local travel routes and food recommendations, responded quickly to requests, and were very kind and friendly. The overall decor is elegant and minimalist, and the facilities are well-maintained. My friend and I had a fantastic two-night stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Hangzhou and highly recommend it to anyone visiting West Lake.

This hotel is perfect for a trip with parents. Given their generation, they'll appreciate staying at a hotel once frequented by Chairman Mao. The State Guesthouse boasts a prime location by West Lake, and after a early summer rain, it feels like a magical wonderland. The grounds are expansive, featuring various garden landscapes and even a small hill to climb. I'd recommend staying at least two nights! When we visited, they even offered two complimentary photo shoots, where you could pick 5 photos from each. The spot by the arch bridge on the lake, with Leifeng Pagoda in the background, was absolutely stunning! The hotel service was also top-notch. We went after the Dragon Boat Festival peak, and they upgraded our room type. My room also got an upgrade due to a minor drainage issue. Building #8 is very convenient, and the ground-floor rooms with a courtyard are excellent.

I booked a hotel on the Southern Song Imperial Street in Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, online and had a fantastic stay! (•͈ᴗ⁃͈ ✧) The location, in particular, is excellent, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Most importantly, it's close to the subway station, which I really appreciate. 📍 **Location:** The hotel is right on the Southern Song Imperial Street pedestrian area. Step out, and in just a few minutes, you'll find a Lawson convenience store, teahouses, coffee shops, and plenty of dining and shopping options – it's incredibly comprehensive! For taxis, set your navigation to: **Hotel back entrance – No. 57 Guangfu Road / Haoyi Hotel Parking 🅿️** For the **subway 🚇**: It's a 4-6 minute walk to Ding'an Road Exit D/C, which is very convenient for commuting. Those with early morning trains won't need to wake up extra early! (˶＞ᗜ＜˶) 🛏️ **Room:** My first impression upon entering the room was how cozy it felt. The bedsheets and duvet covers were soft to the touch and had no strange odors. I could even see the **[street view]** from the window, waking up to the sunrise in the morning. 💁 **Service:** The staff were very enthusiastic and polite. We arrived early before check-in time, and they proactively offered to store our luggage for free. Overall, the value for money is great. If you're visiting Hangzhou, just pick this place! It's also very close to the attractions. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!!! Most importantly, the 1st floor offers a **free water dispenser (cold/hot)**. With summer approaching, this is incredibly thoughtful! There's also a coffee machine and an ice maker. In the basement (-1F), you'll find **2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and 2 treadmills.** 📍 **Attractions:** - **West Lake:** A 26-minute walk, or just 1 subway stop away. Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped with a laundry room and gym, which is very convenient. The room amenities are comprehensive, and there's a handy drying rack. Cleanliness: The hygiene is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the pillows come in various styles, which is a thoughtful touch. Environment: It's super convenient to West Lake, just a one-minute walk. West Lake feels like our backyard, perfect for a leisurely stroll. There are also plenty of shopping malls nearby. Service: Ms. Qi at the front desk has a beautiful smile and provides excellent service. I'll definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

A true hidden gem — highly recommend! This hotel is a real oasis of peace, beautifully maintained and full of charming details. The terrace is stunning with breathtaking views, and the rooms are cozy and well-equipped with everything you need — including a wonderfully comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub to unwind in after a day of exploring. Breakfast is delicious. But what truly sets this place apart is the warmth of the staff, who make you feel genuinely at home from the moment you arrive. The location is perfect too — right in the heart of the touristic area yet surprisingly quiet. The surrounding area is also well worth a visit. We loved every moment of our stay. Highly recommended! ⭐

We took a quick weekend trip to West Lake with our family of three. To make sure we had the best experience, I did a lot of comparisons and finally chose Xizi. And I was right to! The beautiful environment goes without saying, and the service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast spread was so rich and varied, I just wished I had a bigger stomach! It was close to the Dragon Boat Festival, and the hotel even prepared Zongzi gift boxes, making us feel completely at home and valued. If you wanted to go to any area, a quick call to the front desk would have a shuttle car ready to take you. Our room was on the first floor, and upon entering, a pleasant aroma filled the air. I loved the new Chinese style decor, even the bedding had a Chinese flair. During an evening stroll, we passed by Building No. 1 and, with the Leifeng Pagoda in the background, learned that this was where leaders from over thirty countries and regions took a group photo during the Hangzhou Summit. Now for the minor drawbacks: the soundproofing of the room door wasn't great; you could hear people opening doors and talking in the hallway. The bathroom door, however, was quite heavy and took some effort to open and close. And there were some cobwebs on the ceiling above the bed – a small detail. Overall, the minor flaws don't overshadow the brilliance; it truly is a dazzling pearl on the tender and picturesque West Lake!
