The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, and our overall stay was very pleasant. The bathroom was spotless with a separate wet and dry area. The hotel facilities were also great. We came to Hangzhou as a family to visit West Lake, which is very close to the hotel. The hotel was also very thoughtful, giving us a small bracelet from Lingyin Temple as a souvenir. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it to my friends.

This hotel is perfect for a trip with parents. Given their generation, they'll appreciate staying at a hotel once frequented by Chairman Mao. The State Guesthouse boasts a prime location by West Lake, and after a early summer rain, it feels like a magical wonderland. The grounds are expansive, featuring various garden landscapes and even a small hill to climb. I'd recommend staying at least two nights! When we visited, they even offered two complimentary photo shoots, where you could pick 5 photos from each. The spot by the arch bridge on the lake, with Leifeng Pagoda in the background, was absolutely stunning! The hotel service was also top-notch. We went after the Dragon Boat Festival peak, and they upgraded our room type. My room also got an upgrade due to a minor drainage issue. Building #8 is very convenient, and the ground-floor rooms with a courtyard are excellent.

The self-service laundry room is definitely the highlight of Zhejiang Hotel. My daughter's seven-day summer camp just ended, and we were continuing our trip after picking her up. Being able to get all our dirty laundry done at the hotel was incredibly convenient. The laundry room is spacious, with plenty of washers and dryers, and a well-thought-out layout. They even provide detergent, an ironing machine, and sewing kits – everything you could need. The hotel's location is also super convenient, right next to a subway entrance. It only took 50 minutes to get from the airport to the hotel, which was even faster than taking a taxi. It's also very close to West Lake and Wulin Night Market; you can just grab a shared bike and be there in a few minutes, much easier than dealing with traffic in a taxi. The room itself is spacious, with two 1.35m beds, which was still plenty of space for a family of three even with an older child. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Hangzhou.

I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Huanglong Stadium, which is about a 20-minute walk away. There are plenty of food options nearby. It's quite convenient overall – you can see the hotel right across the road after getting off the subway, just four stops from Hangzhou East. The room wasn't huge, but it was clean.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a very sound sleep. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and the location was convenient for getting around. The hygiene details were excellent. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely choose this place again for my next stay.

I decided on a whim to visit Hangzhou and booked this hotel last minute after getting off the high-speed train. The hotels I'd seen advertised on other platforms were all fully booked because of the summer holidays. I really wanted to explore Intime in77, and stumbled upon this place. It looked good, considering its age and location. It's not far from the high-speed train station, but the traffic heading into Hangzhou city center is always quite bad. The hotel's location is truly excellent. The front desk is on the 17th floor, and they upgraded my room. I could see the lively streets below, but the soundproofing was excellent. Since it was just a one-night, last-minute stay, I didn't get a chance to try the ready-to-eat food displayed outside the hotel; they all looked so delicious, and I'm still regretting missing out on that! The next day, I walked around Hubin Road, which was easily accessible on foot. I genuinely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It's also not far from Southern Song Imperial Street, essentially located between the two attractions. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. However, when I left, both bellboys were distracted by another guest's questions and didn't help me with my luggage. The steps at the hotel entrance are quite small and a bit tricky to navigate. If I had to nitpick, the only other thing is that the under-mount sink in the bathroom had some mold, which should probably be addressed.

It was already evening when we arrived, and a gentle mist enveloped the surroundings. As we walked into the courtyard, there was a serene, 'misty江南' feeling, like stepping into a peaceful bygone era. The room was a bit small but had everything we needed. The tea table by the floor-to-ceiling window was lovely; my friend and I enjoyed a relaxed chat over tea there, and it truly helped us unwind. We had originally planned to visit Lingyin Temple the next day (it's super close, only a 5-minute walk!), but my friend had something unexpected come up, so we couldn't make it. Definitely next time! 😊🌷

Location: The hotel is situated in the northwest corner of West Lake, at the foot of Gem Mountain, about a ten-minute walk from Huanglong Sports Center, and very close to Quyuan Garden and Yue Fei Temple. It's a guesthouse-style hotel. The window overlooks a residential building across the street, so there's no view. The surrounding area is a residential neighborhood, and you have to walk uphill to reach the hotel, with a very narrow road at the entrance. Facilities: The TV screen in the room is small, the toilet isn't smart, and the room itself is quite small. Overall, the hotel's facilities are mediocre. Cleanliness: It was very clean; the floors, towels, and sheets were all spotless. Jiuqu Hongmei small can of tea: ? I didn't receive any small can of tea. There were only regular tea bags and two bottles of mineral water in the room, no welcome gift. Service: None, service was generally poor.

I didn't take pictures of the guesthouse, but the actual place looks pretty much like the photos. The room was clean and tidy, and came with complimentary toiletries. There's a small stream by the entrance with a mist effect, and in the evening, the lights and fabric decorations hanging from the trees looked beautiful swaying in the breeze. The owners, a handsome guy and a lovely lady, were incredibly warm, polite, and hospitable. They gave great recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing routes. They also offer free Hanfu (traditional Chinese clothing) rentals and drinks, and if there are enough people, you can even play a ****** mystery game. The cleaning auntie was also wonderful; she'd greet us every morning. It was a fantastic experience, a really authentic guesthouse vibe. Even as a guy, I highly recommend it; it just felt so comfortable and relaxing.

A family trip, we stayed at Hao Hostel. This hotel truly matches its pictures and offers great value, especially considering it's located right in the scenic area! 📍Location: The hotel is right on the Southern Song Imperial Street pedestrian area. A few minutes' walk brings you to nearby Hefang Street, Leifeng Pagoda, Drum Tower, snack streets, Hu Xueyan's former residence, West Lake, Phoenix Mosque, and Deshou Palace. There's also a Lawson convenience store, tea houses, coffee shops, Starbucks, and a Hao Xiang Lai supermarket with various eateries near Metro Exit C – all quite affordable! For those arriving by taxi or driving: Set your GPS to the hotel's back entrance – Guangfu Road No. 57, or Hao Hostel parking lot! Metro 🚇: A 4-6 minute walk to Ding'an Road Exit D/C [Strongly recommended]! 🛏️ Room: The hotel rooms are cozy and clean. It's been quite hot in Hangzhou recently, so the room felt a bit stuffy. Rooms come with bottled water, coffee, and tea bags. You can see a nice view from the window – a villa area across the way offers a unique charm. 💁 Service: The front desk staff were very warm and friendly. We arrived early before check-in time, and they kindly extended our check-out by 2 PM for free. If a room is available, you can check in early; otherwise, they offer complimentary luggage storage. Overall, the value for money is quite high. There's a lobby where you can chat, and it also has a coffee machine and tea bags. If you're visiting Hangzhou, you can confidently book this place. Plus, if you want to explore more after checking out, the hotel offers free luggage storage.
