Ibis Hotels in Harbin

The hotel room was very warm, and its location near Central Street meant we could easily walk to Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Red Brick Morning Market (which includes a wet market). I highly recommend the 'Iron Pot Stew' at Shanhetun!

Facilities: There's a restaurant on the first floor that offers breakfast. The selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The room was spacious and had a large window. There were no strange odors, and the bathroom was a good size with a separate wet and dry area. Ambiance: Clean and tidy, with lively decor. The signature Ibis red makes it feel warm and inviting. Service: The young lady at the front desk had a smile that could melt anyone (and I'm a woman!). She was a major highlight of the hotel – so enthusiastic and empathetic. When she saw my mom and I were sharing a bed, she proactively upgraded us to a twin room, which was also very spacious, and even gave us complimentary egg tarts upon check-in. Her proactive spirit and warm service made our stay truly enjoyable! 😀 Hygiene: The hotel maintained the usual Ibis standard of cleanliness. There was no hair on the room floor, and both the toilet and shower areas were excellent and very spacious.

Came to Harbin with friends, and the hotel is super convenient, right out of the subway station. It's next to Wanda Plaza, so dining and getting around are a breeze. The service is excellent, and the cleanliness is top-notch. You can take the subway directly to Central Street and the Ice and Snow World. Catching an early train from West Station is also very convenient.

It has good location , few hundred meters from the subway station. The staff is little loud at the hallway in the morning which is working as an unnecessary alarm for us. As it is IBIS, you have to struggle for the storage area in the room. 4 cloth hangers and a small folding table is what you can expect. Breakfast is a big let down. There are very less or similar options. There is no live counter for ‘Noodles/wontons’. You need to boil yourself and make it your own recipe if you desire to eat noodles. Overall its good for this price and location.

The room was fantastic, and I slept incredibly well. This stay was truly wonderful! The hotel's location is super convenient; it's easy to get around whether you're taking a taxi, the subway, or just exploring the neighborhood. The room itself was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The soundproofing was also excellent, making it very quiet at night, so I got a really good night's sleep. The front desk staff, especially the young man, had a great attitude. Check-in and check-out were both handled efficiently, and he even offered some thoughtful recommendations for local attractions. The breakfast selection was quite rich and tasty, catering to different preferences. Overall, it offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The front desk service was excellent and polite. Facilities: The room was very large and spacious, exceptionally clean, and the separate wet and dry areas were very convenient. The breakfast was also great, and having parking available was a big plus.
