XingzhexiaomengThis was for my elderly parents' trip, and they were very satisfied with their stay. The hotel has an elegant ambiance, is very clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, providing five-star service in every aspect. It's a quiet place, perfect for relaxation. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is located in the remote Songbei District, quite a distance by taxi from Central Street, and there's no subway station nearby, which is a major drawback. A small gift was given upon check-in, but strangely, although my booking clearly included breakfast, the receptionist insisted it wasn't. I showed her my booking, but she still insisted it wasn't included. She then checked her phone and discovered I was among the first guests to book, finally confirming breakfast was included. Later, the receptionist explained that subsequent hotel packages didn't include breakfast… My booking stated it included a shuttle bus to the Ice and Snow World, but when I wanted to take photos, I was told the driver was out with the boss and there was no shuttle… It was quite casual, and the afternoon tea was also perfunctory. The hotel lacked underfloor heating, the room was drafty, and a bit cold… The noodles at breakfast were quite good… The breakfast area was small, but it had everything you needed. Overall, the experience was just average.

Posted on May 4, 2026|Delight Superior Double Bed Room (Smart Control + Mini Fridge + 65-Inch TV)
Guest UserThe room size was sufficient, and the TV actually worked well. The soundproofing was excellent; it was quiet every night, and I couldn't hear the neighbors using their phones or watching TV. The curtains were exceptionally good at blocking out light – the room was still dark at 8:30 AM. The front desk staff were also very friendly; they even asked if I wanted a bottle of water when I checked out. The mini-fridge drinks were free and replenished once consumed. Breakfast was served until 11 AM, which is perfect for late risers. The restaurant isn't huge, but it has everything you need. The freshly made rice noodles (not regular noodles) were smooth and delicious, especially with the spicy meat sauce and vinegar – it really woke up my taste buds. The fried noodles were fragrant and savory, a little firm, just how I like them. I could eat a lot of them; they reminded me of the street food stalls I used to visit in Sanya over ten years ago. For kids, there were small wontons, braised pork rice, and dumplings, all satisfying. The vegetable salad looked visibly fresh, and items were replenished promptly. The small red cakes were delicious; I could easily eat four. All the breakfast options were shown in the pictures. There was plenty for everyone, from young to old, to have a satisfying meal. Of course, those with very high expectations for breakfast might find it a bit lacking, but for this price point, I think it's pretty good.
