manxin Properties in Harbin

As soon as I entered the hotel, I smelled a lovely fragrance. The room was clean and tidy, the receptionist was attentive and welcoming, and the room service was excellent. Any small issues were resolved promptly, and her attitude was superb. I plan to stay at this hotel for all my future trips to Harbin.

Hotel location and facilities : excellent I praised one of the male staff who greeted me and arranged my check in on Jan 1st in the evening, he also helped me to bring our laundry to our room, very polite and helpful person . We also get 2 bags of welcome gifts I defiinetely will stay there again if I ever visited Harbin in the future

I chose this hotel, Manxin, because I needed to catch a train at Harbin West Railway Station the next morning. It's just across the street from the station, but you need to use the underpass; it's about a 10-minute walk. It's convenient to shop and eat downstairs, and very close to the subway station. The location is practically perfect. The hotel is quiet, the reception area is spacious, and the service is professional. Check-in and check-out are quick, and they even escort you to the elevator – very thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate shower and toilet area, and are bright and airy. It's excellent value for money. Parking is very convenient downstairs. A very nice hotel.

The surrounding area boasts numerous restaurants, perfect for a culinary adventure. The location is convenient and tourist-friendly, easy to find, and the receptionist, Xiao Lü, provided excellent service. All the staff were very welcoming. Manxinfu is a great place, and I'll definitely come back! By the way, after checking out, I left some toiletries in the room, but the housekeeper noticed immediately, and the hotel contacted me right away to confirm. The service was very attentive and thorough.
