The room itself was reasonably spacious and comfortable enough for our stay, which we appreciated. However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The entrance of the building has large steps, making it very difficult to manage luggage. A ramp should really be provided, especially for travelers with suitcases or mobility concerns. Upon entering the building, there was also a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant and not welcoming. In addition, the heater in our room was not strong enough to properly warm the space, and the hot water from the water heater was inconsistent, which made showers uncomfortable, especially in cold weather. While the room size was decent, these issues significantly impacted our stay. With improvements to accessibility, cleanliness, and heating, the experience could be much better.

My first business trip to Harbin, and choosing this hotel was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, very close to Heilongjiang University, and convenient for getting to the airport and high-speed rail station. The room was simple yet stylish, with soft, non-glaring lighting, and a stable internet connection – so important for business travelers! The bedding was a high-elasticity mattress. The front desk service was professional and efficient; check-in and check-out were quick, and they even offered free luggage storage. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Harbin for business!

I stayed here for two days on a business trip and it was very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. This building is a hotel, and the elevator configuration is okay. The hotel's sound insulation is slightly lacking, the towels are a bit unhygienic, and there are other people's false eyelashes! There are a lot of places to eat, drink and have fun nearby!

The soundproofing was poor; it was too noisy to hear people talking in the hallway, and the door gaps were very large. They only mentioned after we paid that they wouldn't provide extra bedding during peak season, and although we didn't use it, it wasn't very comfortable either. We won't go there again.

The faucet is broken, the water flow is intermittent, the water is still muddy when you just turn it on, the quilt is yellow and a bit dirty, it is not convenient to park downstairs, it is not convenient for people who drive out to play
