We really enjoyed staying at this hotel, the warm modern but homely timber decor made the space feel very comfortable and clean. The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location across from metro and train station access. Staff are also very helpful and accommodating, especially with helping us store our luggage temporarily for an extended period while we were away.

My hubby loved the hotel as even though I'm from the outside it looks like a basic and small hotel but the interior design is nice and cosy and clean. We are given a trip room and even though the room size, the room was comfy and clean. The hotel isn't as close to central walking street as I thought it is. So end up we still Didi to the walking street. But opposite the hotel there is a supermarket which was nice to shop and also nice restaurant around the area. The price paid is really worthwhile. We will not get such a hotel standard with this price in Singapore. The only cons is that the hotel by the road so the traffic sound can be quite loud. The breakfast spread is also quite decent.

Very helpful front desk. Just a few steps away from Zhongyang shopping street. Not too far away from metro station too. Room is spacious and clean, air conditioning and hot water supply is good. We had a great stay!

The room's location is great, and the service was excellent. They even gave us warm bottled water when we checked in and out, which was a nice touch. However, the room facilities are a bit old, so the value for money isn't particularly good.

First off, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – that was definitely the highlight for me. They also have their own parking, which is a huge plus in that area and a big reason why I chose this hotel. As for comfort, the bed was really comfortable, and the linens were great. The smart features in the room also worked perfectly; I really couldn't find any faults there. The downside, however, was the bathroom. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed an unpleasant smell, like sewage backing up. I understand this might be a plumbing issue in an older renovated building, but what I really couldn't stand was the urine stains on the toilet. How was that overlooked during cleaning? The smell of urine was just overwhelming.

I came to Harbin to play. I lived in Central Street at the beginning. The smell of the room was heavy and it was not convenient to call a car. Every time I had to go far to get on the bus, I changed a hotel and saw that this hotel was opened in 26 years. Even the comments have not been made, or it is fixed. The suites are cheaper than the ordinary big bed room on Central Street, and the living is comfortable. The room is large, there is a small living room, the bathroom is also large, there is a laundry room, there is a robot for food delivery, and it is convenient to take a taxi. You can get on the car without taking a hat in the lobby. It is not cold, and it is not expensive to eat around. Take a taxi to Central Street for ten minutes, and go to Harbin Station for ten minutes, especially suitable

We booked a family room and stayed for two nights. The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and very comfortable. It's close to Caoshi Street, making it convenient to take a taxi for meals. The robot delivery for food orders was also very handy. However, the service didn't feel as good as other places. I left a bottle of facial cleanser and a small accessory behind, but no staff member reached out. When I called to inquire, they said they would look into it, but I never heard back. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted, but it was at a comfortable level anyway.

The hotel's location isn't far from Harbin Institute of Technology, with convenient subway and bus access. Parking is available, though spaces can be a bit tight. The room was spacious, featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Drinks were provided in the fridge, which was fantastic! My child absolutely loved it. 😘

The hotel is located on the Yangtze River Road, the service is good, the health is good, the room is clean, the room is cleaned in time, the sister who cleans the room is very enthusiastic, help me introduce the characteristics of Harbin tourism, especially kind! The breakfast tastes good and there are local red sausages and sticky bean bags in Harbin. The sound insulation of the room is very good. The main reason is that the room area is still large. I also sent my refrigerator stickers. The overall is particularly user-friendly. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Xiangfang District. Very perfect stay, There are a lot of surprises here, will recommend to my friends, and will stay next time.

It's a duplex with bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, which is a huge plus. The hotel should have mentioned this in the room types; it would be a huge plus! The sofa in the living room downstairs is also a sofa bed, and the coffee table is quite large, making it plenty of space for a family of four to eat. The soundproofing is poor, which is a hardware issue. I can only hope the guests next door are more discerning. We encountered a child practicing violin in their room at around 6 a.m.... The service was excellent. They made a new room card for us when we forgot ours, and even gave us a small candied haws fruit treat. It's a bit of a walk from the railway station, about 16 or 17 minutes. We checked the laundry room, but there was only one washing machine. Luckily, we brought our own portable washing machine. The room was very warm, and our clothes dried overnight! Recommended
