"The front desk service was excellent. However, this morning, someone swiped their card and entered before check-out time. I don't know if it was a cleaning lady or another guest. If it was another guest, why were there two or more room cards for the same room? Or how could other room cards open doors other than my own? If it was a cleaning lady, why did she open the door at 11:00 AM when check-out was supposed to be at 2:00 PM? I told her someone was there, and she just said, "Wrong number."
